Absolutely terrible experience – would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Our stay was beyond disappointing, and I am demanding at least a 50% refund for the following reasons:1.Horrible hygiene standards – we found dirty towels with lipstick stains on them, clearly used by someone else. I never used them, yet they were left in the room.2.There were worms/insects in the bathroom and shower area. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.3.My sister was injured due to broken tiles in the swimming pool area. She had to undergo surgery and get stitches in her foot – this was 100% the hotel’s fault due to negligence.4.The balcony was full of insects, making it unusable.5.Non-stop construction noise every single night. We were not informed about this in advance, and when we complained, the hotel staff denied it—even though we could clearly see and hear the construction right in front of us!This was a health hazard, an unsafe environment, and a complete lack of professionalism from hotel management. I strongly advise others to stay away from this property.

We found the service very slow. We waited for an hour at the pool bar for lunch the one day and every morning for coffee at least half an hour at breakfast. Service was very slow. The rooms are also too dark.

Absolutely stunning location & amenities! The pools and the gardens are amazing, as well as the restaurant. Will be returning! The staff were extremely helpful. Would be good to know you are in a different building to the main one when booking.

A fabulous stay at Alila - the hotel is absolutely perfect. Our room was spotless, well-designed and so spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, they were willing to help out with absolutely anything we needed!

The swimming pool and resto is amazing…friendly staffs and good food…the beach area is superb. Only the bathroom and the bed aren’t meeting my expectations. The bed is hard and the shower and bathtub is next to each other….I don’t like it. Overall is not bad hotel. Lobby is okay. But location is perfect.

I had my passport stolen and offered to show police report as proof. I was stuck in Malaysia on a business trip. Property refused to be understanding and rearrange my stay after contacting them multiple times. I had paid over $500 a night upfront.This was the second time booking the property. I gave it another chance after the first time I stayed when there was constant drilling and refurbishment waking me up every day. Do not stay here, they do not care about guest welfare, only their profit margins.

Very luxurious and great staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Spa and facial was amazing also. Drinks were incredible and staff recommended everything and it was beyond my expectations.

Everything… the details , they provided a toy for my kid in her bed , along with kids robe and slippers and so on, the room was amazing, the staff are awesome,, they pool area was so cool … they have good spa and restaurant , kids club, but I haven’t tried them but passed by them , seems very good.. the hotel near by everything… highly recommended and will book it again if I come to Bali for sure…
