Fantastic location! The staff went above and beyond and helped to celebrate a birthday without us even asking. Great manager and shuttle/taxi/bike service as well. Wonderful 24-hour pool and lounge area!

Great location although cleanliness is not a strength here. Also, the breakfast was not tasty at all.

I was asking for the steamer to use it for my clothes but it was broken need to change the amenities if it’s not worth anymore.

The rooms were spacious with cool interior and comfortable bed

The gym is minimal with very little equipment, and stationary bikes need maintenance. The pool offers a wonderful length, but is heavily chlorinated and would recommend that they use a salt pool water.

Room was exactly as pictured when booking, nice large space and very comfortable. We had breakfast included and as we booked for an extra day on purpose, but wasn't going to be there for breakfast on our last day, they offered us to have the breakfaston the day we checked in. The location is great close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Double Six beach every hour. The rooftop pool is a great size, but there is no shade while swimming at all. They also have 2 pool tables and a small library with activities like bracelet making for the children.

We absolutely loved our time at TS Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of — they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The facilities were top-notch, everything was well-maintained, stylish, and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was that it never felt overcrowded — we could fully relax and enjoy the space without feeling rushed or surrounded by too many people. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing

Great hotel with very friendly staff and good food. Nice place to relax a few days after our long travel.

Our family of four, recently spent seven nights at TS Suites in Seminyak. We had booked to stay in the TShore Villa, situated on the rooftop of the hotel. Upon first entering the villa, we were initially impressed by the amount of space and its aesthetic appeal. However, our positive impression quickly diminished as we began to notice several issues.We noticed stains around the waterline and in the pool gutters, accompanied by black fragments floating in the water. It became evident that the pool was infested with black mold, which explained the headaches, sore throats, and cold-like symptoms my husband and I began experiencing on day two. That night, I informed the staff about the mold and our health concerns. They requested pictures, which I provided, and arranged for someone to assess the situation the following day. Returning from an outing on the third day, we were informed that cleaning of the pool commenced but needed to continue the next day. The longer we stayed in the TShore Villa, we noticed additional issues, including water stains on the padding of the bedheads in both bedrooms, which explained the musty odor we had been enduring. I also reported this to the staff, and they offered to relocate us to the TSun Villa the following day, once the current guests had checked out.By the fourth day, I began feeling more unwell and was upset about the significant amount of money we had spent for what turned out to be A HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT. I spoke to the staff once again and requested a refund as I was determined that the TSun Villa was going to have the same issues as the TShore Villa. They refused my request for a refund but also offered us the option to inspect one of their TSky Villas which was supposedly renovated a week ago, when both villas became available later that day. As I had expected, the condition of the TSun Villa was much the same as the TShore Villa. CONTINUE READING BELOW...

While the TSky Villa had some upgrades, it was not a complete renovation. The timber decking around the pool was replaced with paving, and the fabric-padded bedheads were replaced with a stone wall feature. However the rugs on the floor of the bedrooms contained the same stains which were evident in the other villas. We chose to be relocated to the TSky Villa for our remaining stay as it initially smelt fresher, but it was essentially a downgrade. I requested a refund for the difference in price between the two villas, which was about $500 however that was rejected. We were offered lunch or dinner including one non-alcoholic drink per person for the next 4 days, two 45-minute massages, and a departure airport transfer. I don't think this was good enough!!!After one night in the TSky Villa, the fresh air started to fade away and the same musty smell I had become familiar with started to become noticeable. My guess is that the new wall features that replaced the padded headboards were a cover-up and the underlying mold issue persisted.We also discovered ants in the bathrooms and in the bed that my daughters were sleeping in. I requested for the rooms to be sprayed and for the sheets to be changed. Ants continued to march around the bathrooms and after a further complaint someone came up and sprayed the bathrooms with bug spray which was left in our villa for the remainder of our stay. Despite our numerous complaints and the obvious issues with the accommodation, the hotel refused to offer any further compensation. We left feeling incredibly disheartened, our much-anticipated family vacation ruined by a series of avoidable problems. I was so indecisive about where to stay in Seminyak before arriving, as this was our first visit to Bali and thought we were going to be treating ourselves by choosing a rooftop villa within a so called 5 star resort complex, however I wish I had opted an alternative option.

Amazing location few mins walk to Spa’s, main road shopping, bintang supermarket etc..Standard room a good size.Great pool, and surrounding area to relax, clean towels readily available .Daily breakfast was great value.Downside - lighting in room wasn’t great, and bathroom even worse.

Room cleanliness requires attention. Mouldy curtains at bottoms, wiping of architraves near floor and behind doors. The addition of face clothes would be good.

Breakfast was ok but to pay extra for coffee is ridiculous

The infinity pool.nice and big and our villa was lovely and spacious.

When it rains the floors get very slippery in the villa.Same spaces looked run down like the bath tubs and other parts of the building. Could use abit of face lift.

Stunning hotel, very clean, great location & friendly staff

The room is spacious and comes with a bathtub. The buffet breakfast was standard. There's just the right amount of varieties. The only thing for a coffee lover like me was that they only served standard coffee and tea. If I want latte or cappuccino, I have to pay for it. It was unusual for a 5-star hotel to not serve latte/cappuccino and to ask guests to pay for it.
