Aqua Octaviana Bali Villa

The whole setup, the pools, staff were amazing!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The property is amazing you can enjoy the real heart of Bali at aqua octaviana in canggu the room and both swimming pools are so clean friendly staff and helpfull also the food is good i highly recommend for couples for short or long stay

Great value for its price and the location isn’t ideal but the view of the villa’s surrounding is so worth it. The staff are super nice and helpful :)

Good but small things to work on

Wifi was very slow, had no hot water for the later half of the week. Also had communicated with staff to get picked up from the airport, they did not have a driver come, once we arrived we called and they just stated that they hadn’t organised one and had not told us

Very spacious room. the floor tiles, paintings on the walls, decorations, etc. have a very nice Balinese touch, although the wooden bed frame is very squeaky.We loved the swimming pool, it was clean, it's deep and it was always empty.Very quiet location, not far away from nice restaurants.I was so pleasantly surprised to find a Bose sound system in the room ?

The hot tub on the terrace of the room looks very old and worn out, I didn't even bother to use it

The pool was amazing! Also it was very quiet so I basically had the massive pool to myself everyday! The staff were beautiful and so helpful. All the greenery was absolutely stunning too. A very relaxing stay and room :)

There’s only one thing I could say that was a small negative is that some of the towels / sheets has some stains on them but you can just ask for new ones :)

The location.. Far away from all traffic

My balcony wasn't opening when I checked into room. Still wonder the staff could Hav gone one step ahead and made sure everything was alright.. Before I checked in!

Despite the charges including the breakfast, the staff say that I need to pay for the breakfast, I’m confused

Big room, comfortable bad, pillows. Everything was changed and cleaned, after first request. Big bathroom and bath with new ce mirrors, for girls. Bright, quiet space. The territory is amazing, dlfar away from.noise of Changgu. You can reach everything with Grab/bike. Super welcome and friendly stuff, they help me a lot and provide everything what I need. Okay daily cleaning

A bit old facilities with leaking in the sink

Just ok, some of the ware rude accept shanti at reception.

Wall has deep cracks No information about private pool and no water resistance matts.big issues with health and safety.very poor house keeping service.toilet and main door broken.fan is very dirty.they haven’t repair even I request couple of times .i did ask to early check out from them also via booking.com but they just ignored.not a good place for human live ,mosquitoes many of insects.not recommended at all

Spacious penthouse, clean, great pool and staff

Location was a bit tucked away and facilities not new.

We booked the privet villa, wasn't ? privet as people could see in however it was privet enough. Staff was accommodating and when I requested a Lil extra surprise for my bfs birthday they far exceeded my expectations. So easy to communicate and quick to respond.

Location is a Lil futher out from the town However it was not hard to get transport and get around, 24 hour circle k was a short walk away also.

Good value for money. The reception lady was very helpful, helped us to organise bike and money.

Very old but reflects in the price so we are happy with our stay.

The room, the art, especially the huge wall painting really moved moved me. This was the best placed I stayed since I landed in Bali 5 months ago.

The two beach towels, though nicely rolled and place on the bed, had a funky order to it.

Staff, facilities, the welcome doggo, pretty much everything.
