The Apartments Umalas

I loved staying here. It was so quiet and clean and well serviced. The food was good and the hotel staff extremely helpful. My room was clean and super comfortable.

I seriously can’t remember anything bad.

The place was clean and the pool was awesome! There were 3 pools that we can choose, and the staff is very friendly.

We loved everything about this property, it was quiet, friendly staff, excellent location for us as well like it quiet. Liked it that much we’ve booked an additional 7 nights. Excellent baby pool that shallow enough for kids to enjoy.

The grass, the pool...quiet but near by impirtant places. The room is also comfy

Place to refill the water isnt available 24hours.No shower with handles. But thats really minor

The beds are very comfortable and the room clean. The facility looks exactly like the pictures and the pools do not dissapoint.

Nice rooms, good location, very nice staff

All was amazing ! All same at the photos . Staff amazing

They can’t store luggage , but I’ve found one perfect store luggage close to the airport :)

Staff. Pools. Cleanliness. Beds very comfy.

Need duvets on beds on arrival as we had to ask.Air con noisy room 5 on high fan

Beautifully designed and decorated property with three large pools. It’s quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff were so professional and friendly.

The bidet water had a bad odor.

Clean large rooms, as depicted in the pictures. Sitting space outside is useful. Swimming pools usable. Money’s worth

Staff

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was notably subpar, with speeds averaging only 10 Mbps, which is insufficient for the entire property. The current network infrastructure seems unable to handle the number of devices connected. Upgrading to a modern Wi-Fi mesh network or considering alternatives like Starlink, if adequate fiber connections are not available, would significantly enhance the guest experience.During my previous stay in 2018, I also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi and even conducted a signal strength analysis in my room. As a network engineer, reliable internet connectivity is crucial, and the ongoing issues are quite frustrating. Improving the internet connectivity would greatly elevate the hotel's status as one of the best places to stay on the island.

It’s quiet the staff are great. The pools are lovely ?

Terrible wifi. Super slow Confussing names. Phone never connects to the right network. Could not not even view a YouTube clip. Not up standard. Must be fixed before I stay agsin. I have stayed at this property 3 times now There was a large hole in the drive which the staff fixed only after I prompted then.

The atmosphere was awesome, the room and garden was clean, the staff was kind and helpful.

The sheet and the pillow case had not been changed when i arrive, they were smelling someone else’s perfume, the sound comes easily to the room from outside.

It looks exceptional, pretty and private.

WiFi was bad. Breakfast a bit late for it to start at 8.30am.

Clean quite nice staff.Decorating is wonderful

Clean,modern,quiet

3 swim pools, chill ambiance, own restaurant for breakfast and lunch, good welcome drinks, nice receptionists.

We stayed in 2 double beds room, the bathroom is on the downstairs(B1), don’t like the design of black color wall, it really attracts mosquito coming, and there is really hot and high humidity after taking bath and doing routing care inside. Especially, you can not open the door, or the bunch of mosquitoes will come inside, the only thing you can do is stay inside and close the door . No any exhaust equipment is really terrible. Besides, there is some place with spiders net. Is still showed up there, even I told some staff. I tried to ignore it, but it just on the side of tap.Can not pretending there has nothing….

Loved the aesthetic of the accomodation. The pool and rooms are beautiful.

A little further from central Canggu or Seminyak - but easy transport via scooter to both.

I liked the location because it’s close to canggu but not in the crazy side with traffic. It’s close to a good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s also close to pharmacies and grocery stores. The staff was really nice and helpful. The pool set up is nice, you can tan and you have cabanas.

I didn’t like that for 3 days we didn’t have hot water and it took a whole day for it to be fixed once we notified it. The sink was also leaking even after we notified it. I don’t think it’s a bad stay it’s just not what I was looking for because the room set up lacks privacy. You either choose sunlight inside your room or privacy because all rooms face each-other.

Really nice room with a comfy bedThe ladies are so friendly and helpful Scooter rental on site. Very easy Loved the pool. The garden Is a hidden oasis close to all yet calm and private. Highly recommend

Shame we had construction work waking us up every morning. Made it difficult to get our toddler down for his nap during the daytime.
