Pandawa All Suite Hotel

I took the Excecutive Suite Room thinking it would be great - Photo and actual room was different , I got a Loft , room was upstairs and at at Night rooms looks scary as Bulbs was not bright at all , Requested to change Bulb but they did not do , 2 AC SPLIT was too Less for the size of the Huge Loft Room , was difficult to sleep , ,, Requested for Ice Cube they wanted to Charge Rp 20.000,- CRAZY. After paying so high.

the room too dark and scary - good i took only for 2 nights , and checked out imdtly after staying 2 nights .

The food and amenities Staff is polite and helpful

The dark room , ac is only 1 that covering the whole duplex room and not that cooling .. toilet is not that clean No small towels and not even providing tissue boxes Only 2 pillows

Not good value for money.

The room was advertised as having a full kitchenette . There was a stovetop with no gas bottle, no cutlery, crockery or cookware.Upon arrival security verbally abused my husband stating we had ‘revved’ our scooter too loud while parking, twice approaching him to speak negatively, making the stay uncomfortable.Construction was happening and it was asked that the scooter remain unlocked so staff could move it around as needed to allow workmen to access area a large scratch on bike was present when leaving.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Every requested was responded to immediately. Very good service

No covering when walking to the restaurant, but only a very short walk and unlucky to be there in heavy rain

Property is good and in very good location

Not much but need to fix there bathroom specially it smells very very bad and we change the room but still there one bathroom stings very bad.

Nice location, rooms spacious, didnt use other facility..but overall good experience..staff at reception very helpfull

The pool was nice and the restaurant was ok.

The room had a musty smell. The sink and toilets looked like they had been sprayed but not wiped down, the floor had not been mopped and was dirty. Breakfast was average. They get you to leave a 200k Rp deposit at reception but if you try and add anything onto the bill that is more than that they want you to pay upfront. The reception staff were great but at the pool and restaurant the service wasn’t great.

The 2 floor room setup was great!!

House keeping were fantastic, in and out with great efficiency.

The property was VERY clean, the staff housekeeped every single day during our stay. Amazing AC in all rooms. The bar/restaurant was an easy 10/10 … the staff everywhere were amazing , so kind and reassuring !!! Loved every bit of our stay

While the hotel stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The furniture in the rooms, though still functional, showed signs of wear and tear, indicating it may be time for an update. This dated appearance slightly detracted from the overall comfort and aesthetics of the accommodation.More concerning was the cleanliness of the room, particularly in the bathroom area. The restroom and shower facilities would have benefited from a thorough, deep cleaning. This oversight in maintenance standards was noticeable and impacted the overall hygiene and comfort of the stay.Despite these issues, it's worth noting that the furniture remained usable, and the room was still habitable. However, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience and bring the hotel up to a higher standard of quality and cleanliness.

Pool area was clean and good to spend the day at. Gym was really nice. Rooms are massive and great value for money.

Location is abit out of the way. You will need to get a taxi to the main areas or rent a bike.

The hotel was great value for money, very spacious rooms on double level, surrounded by luscious greens and plants, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great pool and sunbeds!

Nothing major, TV had good variety of channels but no YouTube/Netflix unfortunately. Bathrooms could maybe have hand towels.

Staff are fantastic & do their best with what they have available.If requiring a quick cheap stay this place will suit.

The rooms are average to say the least.Bed is rock hard, rooms are dated, lounge was smelly & dirty.

I loved the atmosphere from the staff they were so welcoming. The facilities were brilliant and it was good value for money! The food was lovely, no sickness issues from eating the food or having ice in drinks.

There were lots of ants in my room, I understand it’s Bali but there was a overwhelming amount of ants everywhere within my room and out in the corridor

The location is good close to many supermarkets, laundry, motorbike rental etc

Nothing to do all day very boring unfortunately,Construction in the building very noisy most of the day time.
