A little far from the beach / shops / restaurants, but it’s easy enough to get Go Jek’s or Grab’s to places.

Beautiful, well appointed villas. Very hospitable and personable staff. Amazing food at the restaurant and amazing spa. A highlight of my trip. Highly recommend.

The serene atmosphere made us forget all our worries while we were in the village. It was spotless—so clean you could comfortably sleep on the floor. The staff were incredibly polite and worked with quiet efficiency. The management was outstanding, truly caring for their guests and making our stay exceptionally pleasant. The complimentary tea experience was amazing, and the Balinese cake served with it was an absolute highlight! We truly enjoyed our stay – it was quiet, peaceful, and beautifully set up with four pools to choose from. The on-site spa was perfect for relaxation, and the restaurant was a wonderful complement to the village experience. The food was superb, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Every time we dined in, they prepared a special sambal matah just for us, which added such a personal touch. We felt so well cared for – it honestly felt like home. We didn’t want to leave! Worth every dollar spent.

Perfect size hotel. Had all the amazing staff and food and pools and so that would would expect at a huge high end resort, but came with the privacy and intimate experience of a small villa. Already planning to come back for an entire week.

Traffic nearby is terrible, not the hotels fault, but plan on very long drive times when coming/going, especially in peak season

It was a great experience . Very kind stuffs and the place is very cozy and we enjoyed every second and we are sure that we will comeback again as soon as possible. The location is great and near to the most famous beach clubs . I would like to thank Mr Rev , jay and satya to make our stay amazing and comfortable.

Nothing, absolutely perfect.

Staff who go above and beyond. Ambient atmosphere, well maintained facilities, and their gardens. The menu has a nice variety of healthy foods. All portions are just right.

All staff are friendly and professional and this is for my parents 50th anniversary, the staff carefully prepared surprise for them and we have a great time here. Also the resort is carefully designed and we love all the details and views, very comfortable and relaxed. Both my parents love the spa services.

Located away from the bustle of the busy streets, once you enter it feels like an oasis. Beautiful grounds, quiet and private with 3 gorgeous swimming pools to choose from, we felt we had made the perfect choice for what we were after; a quiet, relaxing break where we could enjoy good food and great service. Blue Karma delivered it all!

The staff were amazing. Every attention to detail was there. We felt very cared for.

Great hotel, was only there for one night but would return! The restaurant was exceptional, the pools were awesome. The rooms were large and really stylish and the hotel overall was expansive and beautiful with lots of hidden gems.

While the outdoor shower was awesome, in our room the natural wood fence had some gaps in it and you could see out to the pool and thus other guests could see in. It wasn't completely exposed, but it was a bit of a concern.

Facilities was quite good, we stayed in 2 bedroom suit. Very big living area, and 2 separate bedrooms. Very nice swimming pools.

We stayed in Bali for 2 weeks and it was our last hotel for 2 nights, including New Years eve, and I would say most disappointed from 6 hotels we stayed! We were very disappointed with administrative staff - incompetent, unsupportive. Many staff members have very poor English skills and there were misunderstandings all the time. But worst thing after special New Years dinner at hotel we all 3 got “Bali Belly”. I informed hotel and answer was - nobody else had complained!!! That day (31.12.) we stayed only in hotel, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner only there. So be careful about choosing drinks or food!Two times tried to book SPA for next day (as recommended from hotel), but nothing was possible or available. Hotel is far away from everting, so at least they could have more capacity for service.

I love everything! People are kind and hospitable. We love how they were able to make everything easy for us. Special shout out to jaya our favorite receptionist.

Better shampoo

Beautiful and very quiet place. Incredible if you're looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. Staff were all fantastic and very accommodating.Amazing pool areas and the joglos are wonderful. Keep in mind, outdoor bathrooms in wet season means lots of mosquitoes.

Because it's small, you need to be aware that it's lacking in f&b service. For example we never once had anyone come to the pool area where we sat to offer food and drinks. Missed opportunity given the restaurant is open all day. Food and drink prices also higher than the 5 star sofitel where we stayed before and no happy hour options advertised either.Location isn't great given the current traffic issues. The top of the main street to go to canguu and seminyak is always blocked up and it can take up to 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to canggu... 8km away. Worth staying closer in if you want to get out of your hotel.

Nothing really. Location is tucked away a little but transport is easily available and affordable to get around.

This place is a dream! The room was huge and gorgeous -- an interior decorator's dream. The pools sparkling clean and the restaurant WOW -- best food we had in Bali. And the staff I cannot say enough good things. Every person we encountered was so nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The spa treatments were unique and we loved them. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place.

We liked everything except for an animal outside our room making a lot of noise. Nobody's fault!
