That property dont let you checkin and charge you money as well

Good location to walk places. Quiet area off main road - be sure to check out J-Kitchen Warung just down the lane! Clean small room with ensuite. Bed was comfy enough! Small shop within the property and a small clean pool. Would stay again! The staff were all lovely

Wasn’t an issue but noisy dogs that live outside the property and can sometimes appear a bit menacing.

The bed sheets were stained and grey. The sockets fell out of the wall when we tried to use them and the windows on the ground floor could not close. As other reviews have said the air conditioning blows out dust and the dogs bark throughout the night. The lack of attention from staff was also terrible.

It’s worth to stay for that price, but doesn’t feel homey, maximum for 2 nights while travelling. There is no sink in the bathroom and the bed sheets were quite stained, but washed and clean. It doesn’t look like on the picture and the pool is kind of between a shop, reception and a parking place, but the place is alright.

Was very comfortable and clean I stayed for 9 nights and got my room cleaned and new bedding on night 5, they were very accommodating for sure, hot water for about 4 mins but what more do you need :)

Only thing was it gets very light early in the room as the curtains are thin so no sleeping in haha

Bathroom ceiling fell down in the middle of the night due to the amount of damp!! We then got moved to another room which was even worse, every wall was damp and paint and plaster was peeling itself from the walls, no sink in the bathroom. TV had no remote and wasn't functional even tho I had originally paid for a room with all these facilities! OYO should inspect the hotels under its name, 2 of the rooms I got to stay in were disgusting.

No wifi, bad and pillow wasn't comfortable, lots of bugs, the room wasn't the same as I saw on the photos

The facilities were great. The.location exceptional. The staff was good and very helpful.

I hated the freaking dog barking all the time. From about 6am it starts. I think they use it as a warning for people being present. It's the ONLY bad thing I experienced. Otherwise it was really exceptional.

SO dirty, the bathroom was disgusting very loud, there is a dog that barks all day and night the pool is pointless, it’s never in the sun and it’s also in the middle of the car park

first off i stayed here one night, paid cash once i got there. the next afternoon when i got to my new stay i was charged on my credit for a no show fee. the owner never responded and booking.com kept saying that the owner refused to refund. i went back to the guest house and did not leave until i was paid back! my room had a leak in the bathroom, and the ac didn’t work

The location is great, you're just a few minutes away from the headroad with the shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice!

A tip for the staff: make sure there is toiletpaper in the bathroom and enough towels. The rest was good!

The last room I got was better, at least the AC worked ok...There's a small pool, in the main building, but since my room was in another building I never got to use it.

First room I got was really old, moldy, AC didn't work, electricity went off a couple of times because of the bathroom lamp was broken. Nasty toilet, shower wasn't better. Sheets and pillows smelled old or mold or something funky.Second room (the one from the pictures) was better, but still the same issues, more or less, toilet was kinda nasty, room smelled funky, as well as the pillows and the sheets. I didn't stay in the main building, they have 2 rooms around the corner, next to some villas.
