Good location, clean property, spacious room and bathroom,helpful staff

The water pressure was so low, room has an strange smell on my first night stay

Great value for money! The room was huge and way bigger than I expected for the price. The location is perfect—close to everything and easy to get around. Really happy with my stay

Stairs to the room And the exit door has same color as room door it’s confusing could be better different color

Only stayed one night, room was clean and modern.

The severe rainstorm that we endured on the third day of our stay - but hardly any fault of the hotel!

I liked everything, huge rooms, huge bed and on of the nicest boutique swimming pools I've seen.

Communication a little lacking but found out when arrived that not well staffed so that could explain it. Also their phone number (given also on business card for issues) does not work

Nice large rooms, very high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. Fast and consistent wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and beach. Very good AC, rooms were always comfortable temperature

Absolutely wonderful place. The room and the bathroom are huge, with high ceilings and good AC. The swimming pool is beautiful and well kept. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. WiFi worked great. The staff was super nice and they even let me check in early to another room while mine was getting ready because I got there really early. There are good restaurants walking distance and everything that you need.

The shower had poor force. So showering experience was not great. There were works around the place - very noisy during the daytime

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. It was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the cafe/restaurant strip and beach. Also next to the very popular Mrs Sippy beach club. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, large shower, lots of mirrors and a very strong aircon! Also a mini fridge. The staff cleaned our room everyday and were super friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staffs , close to my favourite restaurant Biku, seasalt and only 5 minutes walk to petitenget beach

When it rains heavily, the stairs to go up can be slippery. Hope the owner will fix an awning to prepare for the raining season

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We asked for some local food and they managed to have it delivered to us at the hotel. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable.

A lovely small hotel located just off Seminyak's main drag. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool & garden were excellent. All of the staff were super helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples wanting to be in a smaller boutique hotel but still super close to the action.

Everything was great, the staff is very friendly and the lady who takes care of the cleaning does an amazing job every single day. The property is really close to the beach and the main area of the town. The pool is really nice and you can swim at any hour of the day because it has enough shade at all hours to protect you from sunburns. Really good value for the price.
