Smell of the room, and dirtiness of the bathroom, bed was firm

Swimming pool was excellent

Location was great. Close to the Seminyak Village shopping area which has a fair amount of restaurants to choose from. Very walkable.

Like others have mentioned, the room and facilities were a bit dated. The bathroom, while quite large has an open air roof, which makes it quite humid. When it rained the splatter from the planted landscape area came on the floor and shower area. A small inconvenience but for the price not something I expected. Additionally, because of the open air roof and lack of climate control in the bathroom area made it quite uncomfortable and harder for the towels to dry.

This was a last minute booking over Christmas as our villa we booked nearby was not liveable.We booked 3 separate rooms at MUTIARA couple with 2 teenage boys. The rooms were nice a big, super clean, quiet location comfy beds nice bed linen. We all had balconies over looking the pool, fantastic pool - v relaxing. Boys loved the modern on site gym, we loved the morning flat white coffee delivery to our room ❤️We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. 2 minute walk to main Seminyak street.

The Superior rooms in the hotel were very big and the balcony huge. The location was very close to the shops. Staff were lovely and service good. The pool was lovely and the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast was average. Massage and facial was good.

The hotel needs to be a little updated and surroundings more inviting. The whole hotel area including pool area had a gloomy atmosphere. They should have a bar next to pool and a bit of music as well. The mood and character of the place lacked any pleasant vibe. Very dull. They should have a buffet breakfast instead. The pizza that I ate was terrible! Food was not that good. Afternoon tea they would not let you have a coffee instead of tea. The hotel has great potential if they changed a few things to make it more of a pleasant atmosphere. Bit dangerous as well whilst walking to shops as the cars and motorbikes down the street could easily hit you if you were not careful especially at night as it was very dark. We also went to Uluwatu for the day and the hotel recommended a driver called Maddie. He was ok taking us to the Temple etc for a set amount of hours that we had agreed to pay. But instead on the way back to the hotel he was driving around all these roads on purpose to take longer to make more money! Instead of taking 1 hour to get back he took 2 and a half hours! By this time we were so angry and exhausted we confronted him and we did not pay anymore. After this incident we went to another hotel for our last 2 days in Bali and had a fabulous time.

Great location - close to shopping mall and flea market. Room was really quiet - particularly given the location in a busy city. Room was spacious with nice balcony. Water was hot, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym is surprisingly well equipped and is quite private.

Noisy outside in the pool but that can’t be helped given the location. We had a room with a ‘pool view’ but only if you stood outside on the balcony as it was around the corner.

Toilet is very moldy and dirty. Insect and mosquito everywhere. We had to ownself buy insect repellent and spray the toilet every morning and night before using it. The water has very weird taste and smell. We had to even use mineral water to brush teeth. There are flies and even millipede in and outside the bathtub. The bedsheet has stains. Despite paying for a villa price, the pool is not clean to swim in.

Water in hand wash and shower is hard water.

Staff friendly, food delicious, cleaned everyday, tranquil pool, and clean drinking water fountain in the corridor was a lifesaver! Close to the main drag as well.

Rooms are good and comfortable. TVs were not working though.The toilets are open to atmosphere and so, lot of mosquitos entering to the room. Enjoyed the pool.

Staff were friendly & very helpful and the location is superb, easy walk to Seminyak Village and beach nearby. You also have money exchange and IndoMaret at walking distance. Food in Mutiara is very good - they have a set breakfast and you can choose your options. Rooms are big and spacious. We had a pool facing room and we really enjoyed our early morning tea. Beautiful balinese style property

While going to Seminyak Village - there are open drains - with traffic on the side- it becomes difficult to walk.

The staff are excellent and genuinely sweet and kind people.The food is very good, you can have table service or room service through WhatsApp.The bedroom was always clean and they provided complimentary drinking water in the bathroom and bedroom.I think the bathrooms could use a bit of renovation, the taps are rusted and the bathtub in my room would not hold the water for more the 5 minutes (the plug would not close fully)

It is on a main road and it's a family friendly resort so it can get a bit noisy with bikes zooming past and children in the pool.

Clean, good restaurant and great pool

Good location and good value. Pool area is great and breakfast has enough choices. Left for airport at 4.30am they organised transport and gave us a takeaway juice and pastry.

Perfect for a short stay in Seminyak. Quiet but close to everything. Breakfast, pool and accommodation was perfect. Checkout at 12 but we could use the facilities until our late flight out.

The Spa was a disappointment.

Close to eatery joints, Seminyak and Double Six beach, and Seminyak flea market. Walking or riding a bike to the center. Free parking facility. Decent a decent-sized room for a couple. They do provide mosquito repellent so do not worry. They have a laundry facility just outside which is very helpful. Amazing hospitality and the staff.

Breakfast has limited options and the pool is small. Bathroom tap water has a salty taste. No intercom in the rooms. White towels have a few stains so please check before using them.
