This hotel was phenomenal. Every detail was so well taken care of and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The pools were beautiful and extremely clean. The staff helped with any and all transportation arrangements if needed. Good security as well

Beautiful property in an amazing location! We were able to easily walk around and explore nearby. Staff is so friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us by name. Lovely amenities! I especially loved the infinity pool. We got a couples massage at the spa which was delightful and relaxing. The breakfast is fantastic and I loved trying all the Indonesian selections, pastries, and fresh fruits. We chose the room option with the jacuzzi and the stay was truly luxurious. I would gladly come back and book the villa next time!

I found it a bit inconvenient to have to sign for drinks/food every time we ordered poolside, but perhaps I’m accustomed to amassing a single tab and this may also be the property’s way of protecting against fraudulent orders. Otherwise nothing to dislike

Room service menu very small with hardly any local food. Quality of food was also pretty bad.

The location is considered one of the best in Bali, with a direct access to the beach in the eyes of life guards around the clock.Not to mention the top client experience provided by the most professional staff, it was a true pleasure dealing with the sunshine of the resort (Uma), she was one the main reasons that made our stay perfect, not to forget Cynthia and the others.Even the drivers provided by the hotel are selected carefully.Loved the breakfast choices.Everything was too notch!

The staff was excellent, incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location by the beach is amazing, with many good restaurants outside to try out. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious.

The staff is sometimes not fully up to date on the local area and what can be done there.

Breakfast was not so fresh and lots of dishes goes out and never get filled again. Waffles were always stail and old. Room was big, bathroom was great but not so clean. We had 2 lizards and ant problemsn, sheet smells old. However, management was amazing and so understandable, they deep cleaned the room and tried their best to make us happy. They even gave us free drinks. But I just wish I didn't have to complain and go through with having to talk to someone.

It was an unpleasant stay, we have booked the highest category and it had gaps all over the doors which gave access to pests to crawl in.

Only 1 restaurant that closes early and has very limiting menu with not much local flavors. Breakfast restaurant closes full day after breakfast so not much choices. Staff a bit too suspicious, not as friendly as they should be for a hotel of this caliber, textbook trained but not much genuine hospitality

The hotel is old and should have been redone long time ago, while they are experienced and probably get a lot of tour operators cheap inclusive of flight deals we booked through bookings and felt it was all a bit underwhelming.

Beach on- site, well maintained grounds. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean so it appears as though the pool is flowing into the ocean; you get the best of both worlds.We purchased the breakfast with the stay which was a great idea. The food is excellent with lots of variety. The staff are very conscious of their guests and take good care of you. The pool staff a little less so, but once you get their attention they are good (it could be they are aware of giving you quiet space, so this is not criticism, just be aware the wait staff may not check in w/ you proactively).They have some activities on site, such as a Balinese cultural dinner (scrumptious), and some craft lessons.We had a massage on site and well worth it.The bustling part of Seminyak is a 10 minute walk and as this is a tourist area w/ lots of people out, we felt safe. Lots of taxis outside hotel, so if you prefer that it's not a problem.

Not much to say here. We heard mixed reviews of the on-site restaurant and it is more expensive than the local restaurants down the street, so we never went.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort—everything was perfect from start to finish. Cynthia was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The resort itself was peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a stunning pool that was perfect for relaxing. The accommodation was clean, and very comfortable. The overall hospitality made me feel right at home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Stayed at the rooms across the road and would not stay there again. View is out onto the street and the rooms whilst in reasonable condition are old.

If I could describe myDream holiday in Bali it would include staying at The Seminyak. On a special holiday with my daughter our stay has been so perfect. Every staff member has looked after us so so much, but especially Retna and Miss Uma ? we have Loved taking part in their workshops to learn about Balinese weaving (Ketupat) music (Angklung harmony) and Offerings (canang sari). The breakfasts are amazing. A huge choice, for every palate, diet and culture. And the breakfast restaurant location, overlooking the immaculate garden with the Indian Ocean lapping at the shore. It has made us feel like the luckiest people in the world. And, the 3 swimming pools. One with romantic gazebos and a swim up bar, another, very private, at out garden rooms with an even better swim up bar, fountains, in-pool seating and incredible tranquility and then, the infinity pool. As I type this I am on my sun lounger by the infinity pool, unable to see where the pool stops and the ocean begins. Attentive but unintrusive staff circulate to take food or drink orders and meet all our needs. We are “hotel hopping” on this trip, but I honestly am not sure anything can beat this. Thank you to all who have welcomed us and made us feel so special ??

The airport transfer fee charged by the hotel is twice the price of a private taxi which is twice the price of a Grab taxi.

The staff were very nice, friendly and supportive. The room size is big and clean with very nice view to the ocean. The breakfast is very delicious with many varieties. This resort is going to be my 1st choice in Semeniyak area.
