Absolutely wonderful Balinese staff

Staff were very helpful and kind, the rooms were really clean, and the cocktails by the pool swim up bar were amazing! We had a late night flight out - Blu-Zea had a 'departure lounge', we were able to wait until we were ready to take our taxi to the airport for our late night flight. The lounge was fully stocked with tea/coffee etc and air-conditioning and we were able to take a shower before leaving. Absolutely recommend staying here as the staff go above and beyond!

Had a great vibe and personality. Golf cart to cut out a bit of walking but could walk out the door and access everything.staff fabulous. Swim up bar great. Special mention to Juli in bar.

The staff were very professional, extremely friendly, very helpful, and very welcoming.They made a demonstration about all the facility capabilities and options it seemed to me like hotel onboarding which I really liked..

Everything! Breakfast buffet, rooms were nice and clean. Loved the little outdoor deck over looking the pool. Pool & swim up bar was soo good! Happy Hour. Staff were so nice & happy.

Friendly staff, pool bar. Deluxe room, you have your own private area and sun beds.

Hard to get in and out of the pool,if you're elderly need steps and a rail. Not hotel fault but I think Seminyak is way too busy,Grab motor bikes everywhere..?

Pool area was lovely, but seating was very limited.

Lack of seating around the pool for the number of guests, staff struggled at times with English.Buffet breakfast very standard.

The area and location was good ,but at some stages hard to get transport .People were very welcoming and always there for you .Rooms always cleaned every day and cool air to stay comfortable.

The rooms had no milk staying for 8 days surely the milk could be supplied,the traffic was bedlam .No satellite TV only local and Fox Sport

Breakfast was fine. Location close to beach and shops.

Rules not applied about smoking areas especially at the bar. Also Over intoxicated guests still served at the bar even after they fell face first into the pool and we had to drag him out. Very disturbing.

The staff are the reason you’d stay here. Incredibly welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. ( not that we asked for anything) just beautiful happy people.

The property needs a glow up , it’s very run down in the bathroom. And the room is very dated , but I’ll give that they are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices could be healthier, and the fact that you have to pay for a cappuccino is pretty disappointing if you’re paying for a breakfast in your stay , you’d think it would be included. So it’s average at best.

We loved our stay at Blue Zea. Amazing ammenities and the friendliest staff, especially Cupuit who learned all our names over the duration of our stay. Thoughtful touches like flowers when we had been sick. Highly recommend and would like to stay again should we return to Seminyak.

There is nothing that I didn’t like

We loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was great - easy walk to beach, Sunset Beach Club, restaurants and shops. Pools were cool and clean and great to have pool towels provided. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - so much variety and everything delicious. The Nasi Goreng on the menu was one of the best I had in our whole trip to Bali. We loved the fact that we could refill water bottles at the refill stations. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We asked for a topper for our bed, as it was quite firm, and next thing we knew, they had swapped the mattress for one that were more to our taste - amazing service! We also enjoyed the fab towel art left on the bed every day! Great to have the pool table, table tennis, chess boards, tennis court and and gym available, too, especially when travelling with teens.

Pool bar too close to the rooms , lots of noise all day from children and pool bar … until 10pm at night. I would not stay here if you do not have children .
