Very spacious, comfortable, and clean room. Pool and courtyard area was also very clean and relaxing.

I loved how beautiful the property is and how private my room was with its own balcony. The way in is a bit tricky and best on a scooter. They have security at the front so no one can really get into the proerty as its the only way in and out. loved the aesthetics and the pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful

It's old, but as long as you know that it's super sweet. Shower head and water pressure could have been a bit better. other than that nothing was wrong.

The poolview room reeked of mold and made me sick, the facility was incredibly old even by Bali standards, the interior was straight out of the late 2000s, the chairs next to the pool were woven so ants were crawling through the little holes

The location is very good! 5min walk to the beach and out of noisy/busy areas quite peaceful and quiet There are convenient shops coffee shops laundry shops etc so you literally have everything you need around

The swimming pool is not regularly cleaned and quite some leaves always in due to the wind

Nice ambiance, good staff. Full time care taker at the location will be an added benefit for gusts.

Everything was perfect, the location itself is 7 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the vibrant center , but calm at the same time , the studio was super clean and the hosting team was very responsive and the pool was perfect

The water heater takes like 4 mins to heat the water , its not a major thing but just to mention, anything else was perfect

I loved the staff, location, price and environment

I started getting bites all over my body, I put them down to mosquitoes however on my 2nd last day I woke up with copious amounts all over my face, hands and body. When packing my suitcase to leave I saw a bed bug, then found them all through my clothes. The mattress and bed frame appeared very old so I’m thinking it was unfortunately full of bed bugs!

The location was close to the beach and Seminyak square.

The junior suite access was through a spiral metal staircase. It was hard to take luggage through the small space.

Staff was absolutely amazing, our room was cleaned thoroughly without asking everyday, very polite, precise and fast! Location is undoubtedly great, room was comfy and spacious! A little maintenance to the place will make future stays better but overall it was amazing.

The hotel is nestled in an alley about a 10-minute walk from the main street. Would have liked to be closer to the restaurants.

We stay here all the time when coming to Seminyak and will continue to do so . Love the layout and design . Close to everything and amazing value

The bed isn’t a double but two singles pushed together, so you can feel the gap in the middle; it could be more comfortable.The bathroom mirror is quite old and damaged from moisture.It looks bigger and better maintained in photos than in reality.There’s no one at the reception.But overall, these are minor things—we enjoyed our stay!

Large rooms overlooking the pool, the air conditioning was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

Long walk from the main road to the end of the gang. The room has a mouldy, musty smell when first entering but a lot of the hotels in Bali do. The hotel is in need of a restoration to bring it up to date as mirrors etc have rusted frames and mirror burn on them and the furnishings are dated.

Lovely stay with good location to Seminyak beach and other nearby attractions. Special K mart and coffee shop 2mins walking distance. I was also able to order food from local coffee shop and massage prices were reasonable albeit more expensive than local spas. The staff were always very helpful and host was one message away on WhatsApp. I also was able to check out one hour later. Nice cool AC and pool. The villa was good for upto 2/3 people and quite large. Cute cats on site who are regulars

The WiFi was not very strongl and I instead had to use mobile data. Please install WiFi boosters in room to allow access around the room I stayed.

Nice swimming pool. 5 min walk to beach in one direction and maybe 10 min walk to town in other direction. Decent sized room.

Staff knocked on window and door before 9am each morning walking us asking to clean room and would then come back again 20/30 mins later knocking again. Despite this our room and bathroom was not properly cleaned during our stay. Aircon leaked water down the wall. You could also hear toilets flushing and showers in the rooms around us. No reception area as such with permanent staff seems you had to WhatsApp if you wanted staff unless it was the cleaning staff in the morning. No smart TV.

This is a hidden gem. A very simple but clean and comfortable place. Still walking distance to beach, cafes, shops and eat street. The pool area was bliss and a great place to relax. We oudl definitely stay again.

The property had a range of different styles rooms. They were clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful and assisted with booking us taxis and helped plan a few other things for us.

There seemed to be a few cats roaming around our private patio and were meowing quite loudly outside our door.

No restaurant on premise. But they did have one 200m down road!
