Really good facilities.Staff was excellent We had a suite very very nice.

The Location is amazing, the staff are all so helpful and speak very good english soo you can communicate well, thareuy are so friendly, the breakfaast is also very good.

Very misleading photos - Bad Managers

Photos are misleading - This is a dormitory. Made us wait 2 hours in the lobby as room was not ready. Even when room was supposedly ready...it still had bad sewerage smell.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet but easy to get to shopping and restaurants.

Great central location, a real oasis in Seminyak. lovely staff, nice breakfast. Right next to the beach. Spa service is great. Gym is quite hidden but definitely works for a quick morning workout. Food was great in room service. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Seminyak.

Love everything about this hotel, the staff, the pool, the restaurant, the rooms, the location. Always an enjoyable stay when I come to Bali

The resort itself was clean , but the room (mainly the bathroom) was a bit rundown and grotty. But that's probably the only thing I would say was negative.

Ac was so bad not cold and the bed was even worse and there are no freezer at the restaurant for my medicine

We stayed here a few years ago and it again was amazing. Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. The staff set up birthday decorations for my husband's birthday and it was wonderful. We will be back.

There were no options for vegetarians in breakfast. Timings are implemented very strictly. Tea served is not good. Other staples are good.

Vegetarian food options are missing. Indians/Vegetarians staying at the hotel are surely going to be disappointed.

The room was big and immaculately presented. The location was wonderful. Beachfront and close to great places to eat and shop.Staff were so friendly, and helpful and you could exchange money at reception.I had my birthday when I was there and I received a small cake from management! Totally unexpected. Beautiful touch.Breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. Loved every bit of it.

Restaurant was ordinary. Good overcooked and buffet breakfast lacked. We out elsewhere the last few mornings.

The location is unbeatable. The view to the beach from the pool is fantastic. The hotel is old but has been renovated and it is very well maintained.

The food from the restaurant is not good. We had dinner just once because there are several good options across the beach.

I stayed here for 1 night and had a disappointing experience overall. I booked the room just 2 hours before arriving, but even after reaching the hotel, I had to wait over an hour to get my room because the staff said it was not ready.After a lot of waiting and conversation, I finally got the room. The location is good, but that’s probably the only positive part. When I returned from an evening out and went to rest, I noticed the blanket was just folded over a dirty bedsheet – very unhygienic and careless.The breakfast was included, but there was nothing special or worth mentioning. For the price of Rp 1,371,006, this was definitely not worth it – poor room condition, average food.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

The staff were friendly it was right by the beach and their famous sunsets. Food was delicious. Big buffet selection. Great shower

Breakfast was good each morning with a few changes each day in the hot food section. Thankfully we weren't staying too long as it would have become same same each morning. Thankfully there was a sea breeze as the breakfast was served in an open restaurant.Great access to the beach via a small laneway crossing with many eateries to access and so close to Gado Gado for a nice meal. They provided 2 daily shuttles to Seminyak Square and Kuta Square which were complimentary and a great option for shopping and it was easy enough to arrange own transport back to the hotel afterwards.

The property was quite dated. We had booked a spa room, which was quite spacious, yet the spa was unusable unless you wanted to be visited a medical facility after use and the air con setting could not be adjusted as the remote was non operable. Thankfully our room door didn't have a gap, as we had noticed on other rooms when walking past, so we didn't get bitten by mosquitoes throughout the night.

Very friendly Staff, location, very comfortable beds and the room, and very good breakfast!
