The room was perfect, everything was tidy

My husband preferred to always eat at the hotel because it gave him confidence, but on our last night he ordered chicken and a few hours later he started having stomach problems, including vomiting. We had to go to the hospital because he was in very bad condition. We informed the hotel staff, but they did not say anything.

Great staff, great location, great restaurant, great value for money. Stayed here plenty of times and will stay plenty more.

Near the beach, near a lot of shops, has laundry and massage outside the hotel. So it's very convenient.

Some items are pretty old (i.e. hair dryer, refrigerator) but still useable.The drain in the room was really slow, so the shower gets flooded.There's no shower caddy so no place to put your shower stuff.

well maintained room with good amenities, good location, plenty of street food dan restaurant around, 5 minutes walk to the Legian beach and good enough for breakfast.

“I loved the place. The hotel was great, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and updated every couple of days. Its location in the middle of the market made it easy to walk around and shop. I also visited Beach Walks Kuta, just a 10-minute drive away.

A couple of times I had an interaction with the staff that wasn’t very pleasant Like for instance I requested multiple times an iron from the staff and they failed to bring it in both occasions, also I requested a fork one time and they refused to bring it up!.

Absolutely amazing experience! ?One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They even surprised us by beautifully decorating our room for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach just few walks and when you go out of the hotel. You have easy access to shopping stores, restaurants and other more.

The location and the staff were amazing.

There was no view. But that is understandable as its budget. Also there is no telephone shower or health faucet. But I nitpick, all in all a solid 7. The breakfast buffet was average.

Everything was excellent. From the staff's kindness, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the magnificent and scrumptious breakfast buffet, to a lovely pool and jacuzzi at the rooftop. And just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Wow!! All at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend. 10/10Keep up the high standards.

Everybody was very kind and helpful. The place is always clean and tidy. Very cheap price in the heart of Seminyak.

Staff was very friendly and warm. The reception area is modern and a really cool place to relax, you have the restaurant and bar right next to the swimming pool. Menu was quite diverse and food was excellent.

Rooms could use an upgrade but were comfortable and had all the basics. WiFi signal was pretty spotty at times, and mobile data reception is not the best there, so couldn't rely on that either.

Location is good.

This hotel needs some improvement. Rooms, and in particular bed sheets, are very moldy and musty, Even second room (after requested change was almost the same. Water is not so hot as it should be.
