I booked a private villa but unfortunately there was a construction near our villa and the workers were looking at us directly, but the staff figured it out and changed the villa next day

It was an unreal and mesmerizing experience! I celebrated both my honeymoon and my birthday there they beautifully decorated for both occasions, sent us free cakes, and even celebrated with us.The breakfast was so delicious and truly worth every penny.Overall, everything was just amazing!

What I didn’t like:1.One of the lights in my room kept flickering.2.The iron was not working properly, and I had to replace it.3.The hair dryer stopped working.4.The bathtub hand shower was not working.Other than that, my overall experience was 10/10!

We took the private villa, it was nice actually and clean but I think the space wasn’t that decent for the price.

Near the pool is very slippery

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool area—it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to unwind. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly accommodating. They remembered our names and were always ready to help with anything we needed.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Seminyak, with everything within walking distance. Whether it was dining, shopping, or exploring, we had easy access to it all.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we would come back to this hotel again and again. Highly recommended!

The pool, beach Woobar was awesome everything right on your doorstep, very nice overall facility

the room wasn't that great to match the price, dark, bathroom had small mirrors, uncomfortable bed, what you're paying for is the facility which is great. really didn't rate the room at all

We were a group of 19 including 8 kids. We stayed in Villas for our entire duration and the villas are very well designed with an amazing Bose Audio System. The Away spa is really amazing. It was my second visit to W Bali but for sure would visit the property again future.The nightlife around the property is also very exciting as Shishi Club is right outside the property and mexicola only few blocks away.We visited during The Nyepi festival and had to spend an entire say mandatorily in the resort due to silence day. But the resort all the activities running hence it was very comfortable experience.

The service at Woo Bar was very slow on the night prior to silence day. The property lacks a kids club and related activities.

Everything was wonderful. The staff EXCELLENT, so friendly and warm. The food at the Fire restaurant was amazing and the wait staff went above and beyond to welcome us. We had a wonderful time, wish we had more time. Thank you all very much!
