The room was spacious, ac worked good and bed was comfy. The pool was nice and breakfast was a good variety. All staff was very friendly. The hotel was easy to find and short drive to beach. Almost perfect if the showers had warm water but overall great value!

The hotel let me know an hour before check-in time that they would downgrade my room due to problems in the room I initially booked. When i got there at 3, they asked me to wait in the lobby (my room was not ready even though the check-in time is 2pm). The next day , i was out all day and when I came back, the AC had leaked all over my belongings. The manager was very unhelpful and I had to look for alternative accommodation at 11pm .

The room was spacious and had AC. The pool was nice. The wifi worked well. The staff was very friendly.

we requested the boxed breakfast and received a miserable box with 2 slices of bread, butter and honey. ordered the home specialty for dinner o e day in advance, they didnt warn us that they could t make it until we showed up the next day.

Excellent value for money. Clean, fairly modern room. Nice buffet breakfast included. Nice pool/garden area. Friendly staff. Quiet location, but close to everything needed.

The music playing up from the cafe/reception area was sometimes a bit annoying, especially later in the evening. The breakfast was nice at the cafe, but lunch/dinner purchases were expensive and average food

Loved it. clean, quiet with the best staff. Viegas Y the operational manager was helpful when there was a snafu with a charge. He stuck with it until there was a resolution. it’s close to everything.

Well the room looked clean but next day they changed the bed sheets the covers and beds are dirty good that it has covers.

The location it is hidden in an alley and the day we arrived it was dark and we had to walk till the Main Street a bit scary if you are alone and we didn’t feel safe.

Comfortable and clean hotel...cleaner than what I expected from looking at the previous reviews. In a quiet neighborhood, so it's very peaceful in the hotel. The swimming pool is clean and serene. The hotel staff are friendly also.

Not enough maintenance. Airconditioning was broken, old is making way too much noise. First evening they try to repair it. Second evening same problem. Moved to the suite. Which is a worse smaller bedroom with much less bathroom. They call it a suite because it has a very small balcony. No safe and no key card anymore(before it was taken over few years ago it had both). They have no clue with regard to pricing if you ask for an extension. Price list being dictated by management who obviously have no clue. Before it was taken over I used to be a regular but will look for different hotel for my next trip

In Good Location. Villa is good size for my family

We have 3 bedroom Villa where we have not used second bedroom upstairs as it has very bad stinky toilet. Not able to sleep in the room. Complaints twice but they were not able to solve the issue. I really need one third of my payment back as we have till not used facility.

NIGHTMARE IN PARADISE

A LOT OF THINGS SO THIS WILL BE REALLY LONG.We checked in around 9 PM and (1) no one from the hotel offered to help us carry our luggages. Mind you, we had 2 senior citizens with us. (2) I had to remind the receptionist to provide me a receipt and I even had to tell her to specify what I paid for - including the extra bed. (3) The lady manager and receptionist showed us to our villa, NOT helping with any of the luggages or even a backpack, told us that the men staff had already clocked out. (4) Receptionist gave us the wrong key to the master’s bedroom. (5) Called her up but no one was answering, only to find out that she went home as my uncles saw her taking the motorbike. (6) And we had no wifi on the first night as it was faulty.(7) Since we had the wrong key to the master’s, we used the chairs to secure the door and the balcony door. And despite the numerous enquiries, via phone call and face-to-face, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE KEY. So we went out with our holiday with out peace of mind as our security had already been compromised by the lady manager and the receptionist who both seemed to have been trained perfectly to act clueless.(8) The rooms were dirty especially the curtains that were stained. The headboard was dusty enough for my cousin to doodle. There was a disposable mask left inside our cupboard most probably from the previous guests. Cobwebs everywhere.(9) Every time the villa was cleaned up by the housekeeping staff, they always forget to provide the right number of towels. We had to call them up constantly.(10) THE LADY MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO GASLIGHT MY MUM. We just got back from a full day of activities and were surprised to see that the room on the ground floor had its lights on and the door opened. Again, SECURITY COMPROMISED. THE LADY MANAGER SAID, “Oh, maybe you forgot to turn off and close the door in the morning?” Seriously, how on earth can she be dealing with guests with such logic.

Rooms are huge, beds firm but we like that, airconditioning was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Private Villa pool was awesome too. Daily service of the room was a nice bonus even though there wasn't much cleaning being done. $10 AUD for 4 bintangs and a hot chips was the best deal at the restaurant.

There was no microwave, toaster, knives, forks, spoons, plates etc. Villa was quite unclean, smoke butts around, mouse/rat poo upstairs, hot water took about 10 minutes to be warm after the tap was turned on. The supposed buffet breakfast wasn't every day. There was a limited menu to choose from on the days when there was no buffet and many of the selections weren't available. Heineken beers that we bought there were out of date with rusted caps, 2 of the bottles were 3/4 full. Fellow travellers be aware that the $3.50 AUD hot chips only gets you about 10 chips.
