Good location and friendly staff

The aircon in the room didn't work very well and probably needs either a regas or filter clean. This may be the aircon in one room only so don't be too put off by this.

Mr and Mrs Agung are very welcoming and the residence is located within easy walking to many shops and the beach.

There is free drinking water however it was not set up in the kitchen each day. Was buying it to find it was there - but not restocked.

It’s cheap. Location is fine The room and bathroom was not clean though It’s the most important thing

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, Ac worked good , the hot water as well, both of the size of room and wifi, the location is good in Seminyak, I extended my stay, there's literally nothing negative about the place, it's a great value compared to the amount of money

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Mr and Mrs Agung are the most warm, delightful humans, with that special Balinese hospitality. No request was too much, the rooms are cleaned frequently and perfectly, and the value for money is A1.

It was a little noisy sometimes but this is to be expected when staying in such close quarters.

Mr and Mrs agung are the best hosts ever. They are kind and amazing take very good care of everyone staying. The rooms are clean and good and all the staff are hardworking and friendly

Mr and Mrs Agung are Amazing people and a direct reflection of their property. A home away from home to help you relax and enjoy the local side of Seminyak Bali. I would stay here again. Whether short or long term. The laundry service is truly an added plus!

Everything was good, lots of hot water and good water pressure, quiet location, priavacy, of course the wonderful host

Nothing, was all good, great value

Nothing outstanding, but the shower was hot and the wifi was strong.Room smelled strongly of mothballs but could lve with it.

Very dark and difficult to read due to lighting.Missed some English TV, not that it was a necessity but one channel would be nice.

It was nice layout with the pool in the centre and it was neat and clean. We needed a quick and affordable stay-over for one night and it was perfect for that.

The location is not the greatest but having said that, it was in an area that was not noisy

Very Clean rooms, great hospitality from the staff and nice bathroom.Water bottles & shampoo provided.I asked for a softer pillow and the owner changed it. Very kind and helpful owners.Highly recommended!

The Residence is a little far from the centre but it is in a quiet area.Personally, the mattress was too soft for me....but this is just a personal choice.

The room wasn't cleaned properly.The location isn't ideal with not much to do around. Although quite centered.

Lovely location and building. The swimming pool was so refreshing. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. They also have scooter service. Close by there is a great food hall and to atractions such Trans studio Bali and water boom.
