1) The staff has to show or make the tourists aware of the facilities of the hotel. I discovered the roof area 1-2 days later.

Great breakfast, rooftop sun baking area with bar, good room size and so close to everything!

The big pool was not really used.

staff was attentive, welcoming and friendly. The food there and in particular the breakfast was exceptional. The location is suited for those who enjoy night clubs.

It’s a shame that such a lovely hotel resort is in such a disgusting area. The filth and condition of the streets is the worst we have seen anywhere.

Clean, good location and helpful hotel assistant

It's a very nice hotel, room was great, direct access to the pool, restaurant is right by the pool, I enjoyed sitting there having a coffee or a meal, and the staff was the frendliest I have ever seen. They let me check out at 6pm for free which I think is amazing. Great staff, all of them.

Gorgeous little place, very tastefully designed. The pastry shop on-site was a bonus! Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was fantastic as you have everything you can need within walking distance.

Surprisingly, the toilet was a little dirty (needed better cleaning).

Breakfast excellent and hospitality outstanding. Staff welcomed guests for real, and wanted to go out of their way to assist.

The sliding doors in the bathroom, better when it is just a proper bathroom.

The Hotel was presented beautifully throughout. The cleanliness and gardens were perfect. The staff were so thoughtful and paid attention to every little detail, including remembering all guests' names and even what each individual's morning coffee orders were. Did I mention the food was amazing too, so many choices and soooo good!!! The venue was peaceful; the children at the time we travelled seemed to be younger than school age, and this kept the hotel calm and more adult-oriented.

My sister and I only had 6 nights – we would have loved to stay longer. There was nothing to complain about at all. Everything was amazing.

Great location, nice and clean and quiet. Recommend a pool access room. Pool is lovely to spend time in especially with the floating bean bags. Breakfast is plentiful and lots of options to please everyone. The staff are amazing so kind helpful and go out of their way to make your stay fantastic. The onsite patisserie is amazingNot a place if you are wanting to party but great for a nice relaxing get away.

Perfect location …offered tranquility in the bustling area of Seminyak. Close to the beach! Food and beverage were really great too. Spa is definitely worth it and pool options were great as well. The staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this property!

I had a wonderful stay, starting from welcoming me at the airport to the farewell. I loved the atmosphere and design of the property, staff were friendly and very helpful (especially Aya at F&B and Denny at the front desk), I had a home like feeling. I absolutely enjoyed the live music and the cinema on the rooftop, attention to details were there every single day of my experience. Awesome spa services and tasty and quality food.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We asked to move our room because there was construction next to our room early in the morning. We were not able to pack before leaving for the day so the staff was able to take care of our move for us. The location is central and easy to get pretty much anyhere in Seminyak. The breakfast buffet has lots of options. We had a suite and regular room. Both were spacious and clean with a balcony. Highly recommend booking here for your next trep to Bali!
