The Oberoi, Bali

The location is beautiful!!! We're had breakfast facing the beach everyday day and the sunset was gorgeous. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They anticipated needs. They saw a lap and a mouse on the desk and the same night, a mouse pad showed up.

Hotel should try to clean beach in front of hotel. It has a lot of trash throughout the day. Food is alright. Romantic beach dinner was amazing atmosphere but he vegetarian meal was really not good.

Intrusive staff. If the maid cleans the room, why must somebody come in every night to check the minibar? Error in bill for minibar Misled in pricing for transportation

Amazing stay at the Oberoi Hotel in Seminyak. The customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Beautiful property and incredible value for the price — would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were beyond anything I have ever seen and I have stayed in many luxury hotels. The hotel itself is a bit outdated here and there but the amazing service, and genuinely helpful staff well make up for it.

Amazing place and amazing hospitality. Such a scenic place with relaxing vibes. Definitely would go back again!

Not something bad to say, honestly. Perhaps, a suggestion would be that the dinner menu could offer more international options - as some of those were on an additional charge for the half board, particularly 3 out of the 4 meat dishes.

The room was great and the staff were very friendly they went above and beyond to ensure that we have unforgettable experience!! Im definitely staying in oberoi if i go back to simenyak. The amazing thing at breakfast we has some special requirements the were bringing them without us asking for it!

Their kindness and professionalism turned a great trip into an unforgettable one.If you’re looking for a place in Bali that combines beautiful surroundings with world-class service, this resort should be at the top of your list. Our rooms were humid,smelt bad

Idyllic location, well set out. Nice Lanai rooms. Very comfortable overall. Great food! Nice small touches like complimentary fruit skewers and sunglass cleaning service! Staff were particularly attentive.

Towel mix ups in the room was a bit much. Seemed to change my towels twice a day as a result. Too much tidying for me in the room as well. Also, look into your water bottles, as had difficulties opening quite a few of them (a small point I know, but did result in a small injury as well!)

It was a perfect location. The beach access was excellent. The service was exceptional. Wonderful breakfast options

All of the above, we really appreciated to upgrade to the Royal Villa, we loved the pool, breakfast was wonderful the staff are really wonderful, We were also delighted to join Manager John for an evening Cocktail Party by the pool to meet some management and other guests.

the only negative was the rubbish and dog poo on the beach.

Still the most gorgeous setting and best maintained resort I have ever experienced. Denpasar is intensely populated but this little bit of paradise is well-hidden and protected.

Food was great, room really good.Beach hot so pretty, hard to walk on.

It really a well maintained property to consider it is open for the last 46 years.

I know this is out of their control but the beach is not clean. Oberoi is doing its best to clean the beach. There is 1 guy who used fish net to get all the trash from the beach.
