Hotel Villa Lumbung Bali Seminyak

Amazing value for price. Best hotel we stayed at our entire trip. Breakfast was great, the staff was amazingly kind, and the room was extremely comfortable.

It was good value for money. Clean, comfortable, good facilities, and courteous staff. The pool facilities were very good. Location was fantastic. All the good restaurants at a walking distance.

The rooms need a bot of modification and repair. The balcony doors were not closing properly. Many things have gotten wor out. The toiletteries provided could have been better

Hotel Vila Lumbung is a little slice of Balinese paradise in a great location, but tucked away and nice and quiet. We have stayed many times before and will stay many times again. Staff are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in an upstairs Deluxe Lumbung room which are huge and balinese style with thatched roofs. Beds and pillows are comfy, shower pressure is great and bathroom provides toiletries too. Restaurant food is delicious and breakfast buffet is ample. We love Hotel Vila Lumbung and will be back again next year.

I stayed at Hotel Vila Lumbung and found the property outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms are spacious but feel neglected, with dim lighting and bathrooms that need repair. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive, and the dinner was equally disappointing—it lacked freshness and unfortunately gave me a stomach upset. While the location is convenient, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. The hotel has potential but urgently needs renovation and better food quality. I would have preferred staying in Kuta instead of Seminyak

The swimming pool area is amazing, and the garden is beautiful as well. The staff are so friendly that they make you feel right at home. Breakfast is a 10—delicious, with different options every day. There's free drinkable water available all day in the lobby, and each guest receives one complimentary bottle of water per day in their room.

The rooms are a bit old and have some things that could use fixing or updating.

Stayed here many times and love it

Only thing I would say they need to improve in is the gym.. to have some decent equipment in there... Rack of set of weights and a bench press would be a good start

Poor maintenance of property. Unsightly rubbish chucked near vila block 6205. I suggest the management should consider a refurbishment of the area. Water pressure is low to shower.

Great staff and we upgraded to the large 3 bedroom villa with massive amount of space. Nice pool, swim up bar, helpful and friendly staff, great value transport and great value for money. 5 minute walk to Potato Head day club and excellent Italian restaurant and great value beauty salon for massages at top of entrance. Probably 30 minutes walk to flea market. Seminyak is really best for shopping, rather than beaches. Breakfast was ok but bit limited.

Probably common to most Bali properties; poor wifi, being older it was generally a bit tired and needing of maintenance. Half of the light switches in the villa are nonfunctional so made it difficult to know how to turn lights on and off. murky pool water (needs more chlorine).

Great staff, really nice gardens and nice pool. Room also quiet comfy. Showe had amazing pressure and location very central.

The gym was AWFUL - so hot and the machines are so old or broken. The WIFI also barely works regardless of where you are in the hotel which is a massive drawback. A few fixes could make this hotel a lot better - a clear lack of maintenance

Great location but didn’t feel like the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Lovely quiet oasis. Rooms clean and well equipped, staff incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the tranquil gardens and ponds. I like that the extra bed is big, great to fit a family in.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was beautifully traditional and spacious. The pool area and grounds were maintained well. The location had lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

We were excited to stay at the resort looking at the pictures on the listing. The facilities need upgrading. For example the shower head in our room sprayed everywhere. The exercise room had broken equipment and the AC didn't work very well at all. The breakfast was limited in choice and the condiments and ingredients appeared to be low quality.

I loved the authenticity of the place and the staff were absolutely amazing! My youngest sister was a bit apprehensive about the geckos around which is a natural occurrence in Bali. It was her first time in Bali, so it was not quite a surprise to me.
