Room: Comfortble size with air conditioning, TV, Restroom, and good bed size. Clean: The floor need to be clean as this place seems to renovate recently. However, the place is the reasonable and acceptable for the area. Location: near the road and close to food and convinence store. Service: The owner is very helpful and kindness as she served us simultaneously when we confront TV problems.

Just a dust on the floor which was caused by newly renovated and some areas, such as ceiling and wall, need to be fix but it doesn't affect the accomodation.

Rooms were comfy. Location was close to National Park.

No breakfast due to 'covid'. Staff spoke no English, so Google translate was key! Overcharged us for taxis to the park. Mould on bathroom ceiling.

Actually everything perfect except lobby. If it's tidier that will feel more valued. Otherwise it feels like guests not important to them. :))

Clean room, very good value for the rate. Nice outdoor areas for family and friends to gather around for chats. Feels good to be able to see the mountains and trees around the area.

The water pump was making very little noise from time to time throughout the night, if you are an extremely light sleeper, this could be an issue.

Everything else was good enough except fot the toilet and parking lot.

The toilet smell not good when we first go inthe room. There ia not enough parking lots in front of the hotel since we rent a car to go there, its a little feel unsafe to parking outside of the hotel parking lot.

The whole place was very cosy and homely. The atmosphere was very comfortable. It is also very clean plus the staff is very friendly and helpful. Photo is exactly as published!

Maybe there can be a timing to dim the lights of corridor to be able to see the stars. it's kinda a waste not to be able to appreciate the sight more.

Location nearby don't have any 7-11, but the staff really help she drove us by her own car to nearby 7-11 .

Good sized room, nice terrace just in front of the room.The reception lady tried to help us even if english was not her strong point - even offered to lend her scooter to us so we can go buy food. Good location to access both the bat cave and the national park

I would not recommend this place. The bathroom was full of mold on every type of surface: cealing, walls, shower hose, tiles.....surfaces that were accessible and could have easily been cleaned. The shower screen was very dirty. Also, a part of the pillow was stained and moldy. I understand that this is no luxury hotel, but no budget justifies such lack of basic maintenance. There was some sort of water pump outside the room that was making an intermittent loud noise, all through the night.Communication with the host, prior to our arrival, was unsatisfactory - they did not respond to our messages asking to arrange transfer from the train station or when we informed them of our late arrival.No breakfast available on site.No sink in the bathroom, only in the room, close to the bed.

Kitchen supply sufficient.

Our room at ground floor was very nosy due to defect of air-con compassor or pipe behind the room and talking next door. Don't know why room service lady don't go in to clean our room and left the new towels outside the room. We have to asked for shampoo and soap at the Lobby when returned at night. Not worth the price . No tissue paper supply. Supply extra single bed but no blanket and bedsheet, becomes useless and occupy space.

Towels and comforters smells good! Staffs are very kind and helpful. Me and my friends had the best sleep for 3 nights. Will definitely come back in the future. Its near to attractions too.
