absolutely terrible experience. there was a random blackout at 10pm+ and we (3 girls) were the only guests there. there was only one male staff on the compound as well who did his best to get the electricity back up and running which we were thankful for, but the management refused to give any compensation for the terrifying experience and insisted that they have a no discount policy. furthermore this was the most expensive hotel we had booked in Thailand so I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Very nice, clean and fresh rooms, the beds are very comfortable and we all had a great night sleep.

It was a funky hotel with great facilities, a pool, slide, coffee shop, breakfast, nice jewellery shop and friendly staff, comfy beds, and unique decor. Definitely worth the money!

The place is clean and well kept.

The Reception couldn’t understand English at all. It was hard to communicate. otherwise they were quite friendly just that communication was a problem.

The breakfast came in options, but serve really well and delicious. The decoration of the hotel, the room and everything was very beautiful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and decor very unusual but beautiful. A lot of care was evident. Extremely clean. Good food. Arranged taxi for us. Very accommodating overall.

The hotel located in a very narrow alley.

I like the the hotel style very unique and the building is bright with yellow colour and full of sunlight. I love the spacious room with mountain view and a lovely big tree. There is a small balcony where I can go out in the morning and breathe the fresh air. The breakfast also very nice with a lot of food variation, my fav is boiled rice and salad!!

The location is not in main KhaoYai area, where the most attraction places are there. Need to drive about 30 minutes. It's ok if you come by driving a car. The welcome drink is served with ice/cold drink, prefer to have a hot drink option.

Beautiful murals & vibrant colours. when the children wanted to swim, they all rushed around finding balls to play with & parasols. It was very sweet. Our second night was good.

We couldn’t get breakfast at the hotel so we had to go elsewhere. it was very noisy the first night. we were woken up at 1.30am with people moving furniture for an hr! There was a loud party going on nearby too (despite the curfew) but that was out of the hotel’s control. The pool was nice but looked grubby on closer inspection. Nobody spoke English which was tricky. On checkout, one man ran to our room with a Walkie-talkie & we weren’t allowed to leave until he’d given the all clear. It was very, very basic. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom (plenty of dental kits though!) and a small amount of toilet roll. The fridge in the room was quite noisy.
