The Paz Khao Yai by PCL

Breakfast had a pretty good range of choices, but the noodle soup station was the best. Food should be kept warmed and heated throughout the entire meal duration but it was not, hence the food turned cool before we could start eating. Rooms were spacious and comfy, great views overlooking the countryside, aircon was cold and overall cleanliness is good too. Would recommend to others for a nice and quiet stay in Khao Yai.

Luggages could be transported in a safer manner when being moved on the buggy. My brand new luggage dropped off the buggy and slid down the paved road for almost 10 meters and was badly scratched. Feedback to hotel manager and she gave me a discount of my dinner at the hotel restaurant and private onsen for my entire family, with late check-out until 2pm (which I didn't use).

The hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed. The breakfast I have every morning is very good.Especially the omelettes are the best.The staff are very kind and always smile. I like them very much. Especially I would like to say thank you to Joy,Art and Tim. I really enjoyed to stay in The Paz. Ill stay there again.

property had amazing views, nice restaurant and pool. rooms were clean although the first night I was eaten alive by mosquitos and had a noisy air con . changed rooms and much better

the intent from the TV is a very bad idea the TV goes of no internet can leave on all the time

The breakfast is wholesome. The environment as its name imply - The Paz - Tranquility & Peaceful with a lot of Greenery.

More Guests would make The Paz more lively.

Wonderful views from our room and we loved the amazing infinity pool. Dinner at the restaurant for sunset was incredible.

The property is looking a little tired and needs some upgrades.

I had 2 breakfast meals at the hotel. They provide variety of food and they taste good. The bed and pillows are exceptional. Exactly how my friend and I like! Hotel staffs were helpful and quick to take action. Very impressive.

Room condition isn't good. Seems like materials used isn't of high qualiity. Wood floor makes sound when you walk. There's water leak in the bathroom ceiling. Room design and decoration is of good taste but cheap quality.

Staff is nice. Amazing location and view. Ok a la carte breakfast. Some food like sausages and bacon was served cold. Good omelette. Tasty coffee. Overall a ok breakfast for a European. Amazing view since hotel facilities are located on a hill. Pool is good and water is clean. The pool design and view from pool is super. Nice to watch to sun set. Cocktails in the pool bar is good. Room was ok but need to be looked after since some stuff in room is falling apart.

I asked for a cup of tea in the pool bar and got the answer from bartender - caf is closed. It was 3 staff in the bar and no customers so I think one of them could have been able to make some hot water for a cup of tea. Not really client focus when it comes to service in my opinion. Place is getting tired and the entire hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Actually sad to see how Covid has affected the hotel industry n Thailand. Pool area is in good condition though.

I booked a garden view villa. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. An outstanding view from the villa. The perfect place to relax and chill out. Nice to get away from busy Bangkok. Khun Gift at the front reception was very nice. She did a great job to welcome us. Thank you.

The bathroom lighting was very poor. It needs new lighting. Even with the blinds open in the bathroom it was too dark to shave properly. The towels were old and need replacing.

The restaurant and Jacuzzi

The Front Office staff is really unprofessional. And the shower is terribly bad, too hot or too cold, really tired.

Room was very noisy and food was bad. We were kept awake by passing trucks and traffic noise

Amazing location with beautiful sunset views! Friendly staff, making sure we enjoyed our stay. The food was really good! And the breakfast was amazing! Good variety, coffee options are great and the scrambled eggs were really delicious! Our room was clean, nice and comfy. We just stayed for one night, but happy to come back!
