Patravana Resort Khaoyai

Very nice facility for the price. Also, breakfast was great and the overall ambiance was very peaceful -- exactly what we were looking for. Also, staff is extremely friendly. For the price, you can't beat this resort!

The restaurant was a bit limited on food options and seeemd to be out of many things for dinner.

The resort is in a large hilly place with limited guests accommodation making it not even busy during the new year holidays.The rooms are spacious with a separate living room & a huge balcony with a lovely mountain view

Since we are vegetarians there are limited options for breakfast & spending 3 nights were too long with not many activities around. Its a old property and need repairs atleast with tge bathroom shower & toilet spray

The breakfast was excellent.The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful.The staff arranged for a driver to pick us up at the hotel and drive us to Khao Yai for a day tour of the National Park.

Staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was above and beyond expections and the lunch and dinner off the menu was excellent

To isolated as we did not have a car however they do provide bicycles for your use free of charge

A little drive away from the main highway, but you arrive at a quiet rural location. Restaurant on property. We enjoyed our short stay.

Beautiful setup of the resort with a large tropical garden in a quiet and peaceful location near Khao Yai NP (if you have a car).

During our (2 nights) stay, there were hardly any other guests so we felt a bit abandoned siiting by ourselves in the restaurant. First morning there was a huge buffet breakfast with quite some choice but the next morning the breakfast was minimal due to communication problems with the staff.

It was well maintained, even during low season. The restaurant was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked very well. It is very amazing to just sit by the pool, or on the hotel deck and enjoy the quietness.

The breakfast was ok, but during low season, you can expect to order from a la carte. But it’s all the same food as the breakfast buffet which we had on the Saturday when there were more guests.

The room is big, Staffs are nice

The hotel is run down with no maintenance. The pool is full of mold. There weren’t many guests, so breakfast had to be made to order. The hotel really needs maintenance and improvement.

My room is building no.5 room no 544 The floor in our room is always make a noise when we walk.

The property is at a scenic location but the amneties are very poor. The staff is polite and helpful . The main issue is that they are non English speakers.

Surrounded by nature, mountains and fresh air were definitely a wonderful escape from the city. At first I tried to negotiate the price because my friend went to book a separate room but that wasn't possible so they upgraded me to Lake View room which was wonderful. I would love to take my family there as well since the facilities seem to be wheelchair-friendly too. We also requested halal/vegetarian options for breakfast. Since they didn't have halal, we ate just eggs and rice and bread and jam, which were enough anyway.

The bathroom flush took some time, but otherwise, it was fine. The wooden floor creaks a bit, but since I was staying alone, it was alright. The location was slightly far from 7-11 (10 mins drive), and the hotel didn't have toothbrushes provided, so that was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast was fair. Location of property was 20 km from most places for our visit - from centre

Pillows were too soft for comfort. Toilet flushing was an issue. Property was overpriced for condo converted to hotel. The view from our room was the construction equipment yard - not as described "country View"

Professional team. Spacious, clean and kids friendly, enough car park available. Greenery creates relaxing atmosphere. Very tasty Breakfast buffet

The couch was super hard, the toilet was stinking but apart from these issues and few others the place is breath taking and a nice break from Bangkok

Staff service was excellent & waited for us to check-in as we arrived at night. Everyone was very friendly. Very lovely resort, serene & quiet. Breakfast was simple & nice.

Shower head leaking & not strong enough. Also, had trouble adjusting the water temperature.

Space room and comfort bed. Microwave and dining ware in room is a plus as we purchase food from Pak Chong market for dinner. Jacuzzi bathtub calm our tiredness.

Beautiful property with gorgeous scenery all around. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. There were more staff on this visit and all of them were highly efficient, communicative and service-minded. Glad to see the resort picking up its liveliness again since the pandemic.

Rooms may be slightly dated and all the pipes and bathroom fittings could be improved.

Spacious rooms with separate bedroom and living room with a small kitchenette. There is a small sink, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. We always have a comfortable stay here, especially when we visit the forest temple Wat Wang Phoem Phra Pavana that is only 5 mins away by car. Breakfast is great too with fresh coconut juice every morning.

There is limited parking by the buildings, however the have more spaces in front of the hotel with golf carts to pick up and drop you off.
