Very minor ! The bathroom does not have a light over the sink making it difficult for shaving and make up. The make up mirror did not light up.

Nice room, beautiful design and clean

I was asked to pay extra bed charge for my 11 yo daughter despite there was not mentioned in the app when booking or even I had sincerely filled full of our staying information. The staff showed me a link showing message to charge if I need extra bed by request but I did not request any extra bed stuffs at all. I strongly suggest to transparently include the extra bed charge into the price in the app and allow customer see the total price before making decision. However, the staff decided to cancel the charge for me. That was very nice but this was really unnecessary and should not happen.

The facilities for children is excellent. The play areas. The beautiful surroundings. The movie night was great. Majority of the service. Even liked the storage area for suitcases in the room.

The beds were short and I’m not a tall man. The breakfast is quite poor for the standard of the hotel. When we ordered room service the food came in cling film and it makes the food soggy and unpleasant. This is likely a Covid related procedure that should stop in my opinion. Sometimes the communication from staff wasn’t good. Also the service in the restaurant differed greatly depending what staff were on. Most were excellent. As you spend more time around the hotel you notice lots of little broken bits. Also, on our last day we planned to use the pool but it got closed for a reason not communicated. Also some of the artificial river parts were dirty with broken tools left in.

Very comfortable. Quick check in, friendly staff. Quiet comfy well equipped room. Breakfast good and varied, coffee good. Reasonable location but need a car.

The hotel’s fine, we often stay here and will continue to do so.The whole area is rather quiet with not much to do, there are very few shops. Seems like lots of wealthy people visit but don’t live there, a weekend area. Great if you just want to eat as there’s a good restaurant choice. A car is advisable.

Breakfast was varied and fresh, coffee very good. The evening menu is good too.The hotel is very nice, we’ve stayed at least five times over 10 years, this is the best hotel in my opinion.It’s quiet and comfy, we would always stay here.The area has many restaurants to suit everyone.

It seems to be a weekend area, there really isn’t much to see in the way of shops or things to do.Lucky we have a car.

This is just an amazing property, one of the best stays, we stayed in deluxe pond room, it was super clean and the staff was very welcoming and attentive! The hotel is very big property and provides many activities within the hotel like cycling, children’s playground, mini zipline, slides and more. The property itself worth to take many photos and offers many picturesque locations for taking photos. There are few restaurants, and many mini supermarkets about 1.5km from the hotel to the left side of the hotel

Love the environment which carries a beautiful garden with a stream full of koi. Nice landscape. Enjoyed breakfast as well, though the spread is not extremely wide. Love the concept of movie screening which the staff puts up the projector day to day with rugs and bean bags to enjoy entertainment in the open grounds. It is also good they have a gate to ensure only guests have entry to the compound and premises. Even during nighttime, the place is beautifully lit with tiny lights.

Nothing.... But perhaps champagne/prosecco offered at breakfast will complete the full experience :)

I'm still trying to contact booking.com as the final deduction from my credit card us way much difference from when I book. so I don't know where the difference comes from. it's over SGD120 difference
