You cannot sit out on balcony after dark too many insects and snails

Breakfast was good. I enjoyed it. We also had an outdoor dinner. We had fun. ?

The toilet inside the room. It was not convenient. There should be a door for the toilet. The bathtub is not necessary. Or the layout should have been fixed better.

Smell bad, very old, dilapidated facility, dirty around swimming pool area, bathroom was dirty, glasses still have lipstick on. Cannot sleep, noisy A/C

Nice view and quiet

Facilities. Specially swimming pool needs maintenance and clean. The property look very old.

Rock climbing and garden

Property was old already, bicycles were too old to have a secure break. Breakfast was not that nice quality and there was a bird flying into the dinning room.

The staff provided excellent service.The room was clean and the facilities worked very well.There is also a space where you can walk and exercise in the morning.

At this price point, the hotel should have included breakfast.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Otherwise I can’t really say much. The pool is large with a pleasant view.

Initially well-designed, the resort appeared outdated and quite poorly-maintained. The location is good as far as Khao Yai goes, but there isn’t any spectacular view from the rooms. Perhaps if the trees were trimmed, there would’ve been.

Good room and good breakfast. Excellent restaurant close by. Good views of Natonal Park and nature.

Many hotel features were shut. Far from any shops or other facilities, down a tricky side road.

We don't like bathrooms which are not separated from the bedroom. At DusitD2, there is only a curtain to separate the bathroom, not sufficient if you value privacy.

We recently stayed at Dusit Khao Yai, and while the location and property itself were beautiful, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism.Positives:•The resort’s architecture and surroundings are stunning, offering a peaceful getaway.•There were some enjoyable activities for kids, such as farm animal feeding.Negatives:•Rude and Disrespectful Staff: From check-in, we noticed a dismissive and degrading attitude from the receptionist. At first, we thought it might be a one-off, but we repeatedly experienced similar behavior throughout our stay. At times, it even felt discriminatory.•Misleading Information on Halal Food at Musi Grill: At check-in, we were assured that halal food was available and were encouraged to purchase breakfast for three nights. However, when we arrived at Musi Grill, we were told that we had to order à la carte from the lunch and dinner menu. When we placed our order, they later came back and told us to remove items from our order, restricting us to only two gravy dishes—something they never mentioned earlier. This was not only unprofessional but also demeaning, as it made us feel as though we were being treated unfairly. If these restrictions existed, they should have been clearly communicated before we placed the order, rather than forcing us to cancel items afterward.•Poor Food Quality & Hygiene: The room service food was consistently bland, and on one occasion, the pasta was spoiled. At dinner, there were flies everywhere, even landing inside our food. Despite returning the contaminated dishes, the items were still included in our bill.•Hostile Checkout Experience: The final straw was during checkout when our child picked a souvenir (an alpaca plush toy), which we paid for on the spot. Yet, when the club car driver took us to our vehicle, he asked us to return the toy, as if we had stolen it. This was beyond insulting and an unacceptable way to treat guests.

The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The breakfast range was good, but it gets pretty crowded and seating can become an issue. Liked the presence of a tiny farm with Alpacas, rabbit hares, silky chicken. They offer buggy service although rooms are actually walkable from lobby. Enjoyed too the 1-for-1 cocktails in the evenings during happy hour.

Reception could not accommodate the type of rooms I had booked. And the hotel location is pretty far out, reachable only by car, maneuvering quite a few road curves enroute.

A bit tired, needs a freshen up , evening restaurant not great .

Peaceful hotel surrounded by greens. The staff welcomed us nicely. We enjoyed the Thai foods, good room services. They have lovely animals to spend time feeding with.

The toilet can be cleaner especially shower and the toilet area.

Amazing location, a bit far out from the “city” but close enough to both the national park and Toscana valley! Restaurants just 5 minutes away!

I like it as it is a pet friendly hotel and the location is very convenient.

The smell of the room. As it is pet friendly room,I could smell the dog pee in the curtain.

Food could have been a lot better. Communication/English language skills very very lacking. No taxi App services come to this location. So movement is restricted to self driving ( hire your car) or hire a driver and car for 8 hours which can be limiting due to the 8 hours...

We loved that it was peaceful and relaxing.

Cannot find transport to go out. Need to book minimum 4 hours for taxi.

The room could be better maintained. It looks pretty old and dated. Apart from the receptionist, the other staffs aren’t as friendly and approachable.
