The Private Pool Villas at Civilai Hill Khao Yai

Every. Single. Thing. I did not have even the most minute inconvenience at all. The temperature controlled pool really kept the water warm throughout my entire stay which ultimately made me never leave the pool. The bed was comfortable. The tv an projector were really cinematic. The sauna works a little too good!!!. And khao yai on its own is a beauty. The private pool villas take that and amplify it by x100! The private butlers were attentive and everything could be provided like massages and transportation. Loved the place and loved the staff and they ended it all with a farewell gift!Words dont do them justice i could go on and on..

That i cant live there forever

Everything! The service was outstanding, everything we asked for, even if not a standard request, was dealt with in record time. The villas are extraordinary, every last detail was thought about from indoor and outdoor shoes, fluffy towels to cotton buds. The view outside is amazing, the pool was exactly what we dreamt about-heated. The facilities were fantastic- outdoor sauna, jacuzzi, bath, shower, fire pit, all you could ask for. Great breakfast, lots of choice and also the room service menu was really good and there was a large selection to choose from. There is a buggy service to help with all needs, and as we were traveling with a baby, the staff were so attentive - gave us kids toys and play mats. Once again we have to emphasize how amazing the staff were with everything we asked - and thing we didn’t ask for, always with a smile and a real excellent customer approach As for attraction-most are a bit far but we did visit night markets that were near via taxi (not expensive and the driver stayed with us the whole time).Even though the location is not very central and far away from most attractions - we truly recommend staying here, a once in a lifetime time amazing experience in an outstanding service villa hotel. Thank you so much for accommodating us so well, we hope to visit again soon.

The villa pool amazing! We like the privacy and all facilities in the room!The heated pool is perfect!A perfect place to get calm and peace!

The bed is really uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep well at night, And since 6 in the morning there is light in the whole room, even though I closed all the curtains, there is no opacity of light at all in the room.

Room was amazing and loved the temp controlled pool, overall great place. The projector screen was a great bonus!

Breakfast wasn't very tasty, beds a little hard, and that's it.

The room is what has been described.. in fact much better. The pool temperature is perfect. The room is huge and quiet. The view is magnificent especially the sunset. The garden is big. The sauna and jacuzzi is a plus!

Nothing much except the location is a bit far from the touristy places. BUT once you've checked in, you would never want to leave, hence we are fine with the location.

One of the most beautiful and luxurious resorts in this part of the world. Extremely well done. Size of room is massive and size of bathroom is so big that it can become your dance areaPool is very good. Everything!!! The villa is as shown in the pictures. Everything in the villa is VERY clean and of great quality. The staff look into all the details and we’re very impressed with that! View from the bed is breathtaking. We had massage on the sun bed outside the villa, which is awesome as well! Listening to the sound of nature while having massage done, is really what we need from the hectic city life. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Buggy is available all the time to bring us back to the villa. We LOVE the private pool villas at Civilai Hill Khao Yai and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Property very well decorated and mostly it’s what I expected.

One of the golf cart drivers (an older man) just seemed like he was perpetually in a bad mood never offering even an attempt at smiling even as we smiled at him to thank him. The pool villa I ordered was advertised as having a heated pool but staff informed me it’s not heated. The Jacuzzi is in a shaded area making the water very cold all day and thus unusable. Finally the eggs on the first morning tasted strange so we decided not to eat them. There is also no selection of pillows as you would expect in a high end place like this so I found mine too high. A selection of a high and low one like those found in good 4 and 5 star hotels would be appreciated I am sure. And please train your cart drivers. They are the first point of contact with your client even before the wonderful people at reception and also the people your client sees first thing in the morning to go out. I’m sure a bit of a smile cannot be that hard!

Great place to stay. Staff are really very pleasant people. Rooms are good. heated swimming pool is great.

Everything ran very professionally and smoothly. Attention to detail was great. We have a one year old daughter and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a little tent filled with play balls, set up in the living room overlooking the heated pool.
