Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel - Palawan

Staff members were friendly, supportive, and professional. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The airport shuttle is complimentary and works superbly.

The only negative is that the bartender at the pool spent more time away from his station and was hard to find.

Airport transport, AC, water in room

Restaurant had limited options and staff lied about the ingredients. Massage was booked, need more than 2 beds.

nice staff good massage at massage room opposite swimming pool bar area

was told there was no in hotel laundry

Staff is very friendly extremely helpful, the hotel very clean, my family really enjoy our stay.

Friendly Staff Good location Good breakfast

Very friendly staff, enjoy my stay very much

all.

Very clean, comfortable bed, very god breakfast buffet

Laundry was very expensive

We come back for the massage and the buffet staff are super nice.

The front desk were not attentive. They keep forgeting our request and to communicate our spa appointment. They do not care about our comfort even though we book two stays with a break in the middle. The other staff, bell boy and doormen were nice.

Convenient city location, Clean rooms with modern comfort and Professional and welcoming staff

Some rooms feel compact, Breakfast variety feels limited and Leisure facilities remain modest

The hotel was just as pictured. The staff members were attentive and pleasant during the entire stay. The amenities were just as described. The breakfast was hot and fresh. There were tons of options to choose from, and it was a beautiful experience. I suggest that you take advantage of the spa and spend some time by the pool.

We had such a great experience staying at the Best Western. All of the staff are very sweet and accommodating. They were very attentive and always went above and beyond to help us. The food at the restaurant was really good and extra bonus that we could get massages as well.

Don’t use the tricycles outside the hotel because they always overcharge guests from the hotel! This is not the hotel’s fault of course, but the hotel will always be happy to help you call a taxi if you need it.

Airport pickup was appreciated. Pool very nice. Good value massage on site and open late. Close to walking into town. Very near airport but we never heard the planes.

Breakfast included coffee but meh! For 100 pesos extra they’ll make you an americano

The breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable here. Moreover, the hot stone massage eased all my tension from the tour we had earlier that day. Also, they were very prompt in ensuring we had quick transport to and from the airport.

The restroom can become a little bit flooded from the shower, so we had to leave the restroom door open to air out.

Location is ok, 5-10 mins away from the airport.

The rooms smelled like molds, smoke and vomit. No ventilation, I wasn’t able to sleep even for 1 hour because of the smell. Uncomfortable bed. The older senior staff in the front desk didn’t like to help us , even when there was 1 room available out of the 2 rooms as per the other girl but she wanted us to wait until 12 noon and waited in the lobby . I even asked if we can wait in that 1 room that is ready coz we were tired and my husband’s knee were hurting. We need to elevate his leg. That’s the main reason I cancelled my reservation due to disappointment with that older lady staff in the front desk. When I cancelled our reservation, she said the rooms will be ready

great place to stay, staff brilliant, free shuttle from the airport, breakfast very nice as buffet. the room large, bed very comfy. spa masage amazing, goodl location on a main street.

don't hesitate, book it, it is safe!

Location, near airport. Great Breakfast options. Staff attentive and helpful. Rooms amenities and beds are comfortable.

Carpeted rooms, need better airflow or put air purifiers.

the location was great, staff were kind and helpful. the breakfast bar was nice. pool area was nice and relaxing. Room was spacious and comfortable.

there was a strong smell of sewage in the main hallway to the restaurant and elevator. the shower stall needs to be cleaned better there was alot of orange mold and soap scum along the lower walls and corners of the shower. Maybe its time to have the carpets cleaned or replaced they are badly stained. It would have been nice if the outside resturant was open. it was a nice area to sit but it wasn't open. pool area needs more lounge chairs.

Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Just great value overall.

Gym needs work ( only critic )

Could have better choices in the town

The staff was inefficiency, didn’t helped to fixed telephone for 3 days. All the requirements to front desk in the morning didn’t settled any properly. The staff training in massage therapy was bad, not even clear on payment methods
