The room was quiet and overlooking the nice view from the street where I saw some small shops and restaurants nearby. A quiet place.The staff were very responsible for any safety measures and warnings during this period of typhoon. They were accommodating.

No breakfast and no hot water for baby needs. I truly understood by the way, maybe I didn’t tick the one with breakfast and other necessities.

I like the room and the staffs. Very accommodating.

I just don't like that the room has no slippers hehe... and It's not soundproof. I can hear noise outside.

Not enough towels. Only supplied bath towels; no hand towels or wash clothes. Uncertain of housekeeping days; they should have cone every day to pick up basket where we had to put toilet tissue (Philippines).

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and organized. The food was great. The preparation for the meals was good. The location, which was just 5 minutes from SM, was accessible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Location is good. Mall/covenient stores are acessible by walking.

The AC is not capable of making the room cool especially during summer season.

We ordered a standard room, and when we arrived, they told us the room is under construction and she told us she goodblocationGood breakfas give us a deluxe room.She asked us to pay for the deluxe room, but we we said we should not pay the upgrade, and they gave us the standard room.When we got up to the room, we saw the air-condition is not in the place. The paining on the wall is peeling off.We got back to her, and we paid extra for the deluxe room.We asked her if this was under construction room and she said no, someone just canceled a different standard room.

Room was extremely noisy, we had difficulties sleeping.Hidden charge for breakfast we were not informed about, there is only 100 allowance which nobody tells you.

Facilities were very clean. Very simple hotel but well maintained. Good place to consider for the area. Definitely worth a consideration when staying in Cauyaun.

Noise outside was not able to be filtered by the windows probably due to the seal of the installation. The curtains are not blacked out, so you really wake up with the sunrise.

It is Close to Airport. With Free shuttle.My son forgot his phone in the shuttle-the driver and office lady was very helpful.Its Ok for one night stay...

Our room was not very cleanThe aircon was slow. No a/c in the lobby upon arrival.. pay attention, they give phillipines breakfast in the price (asked us to pay more for american breakfast)

Property is clean with comfortable beds, hot shower and the property is walking distance from SM mall. Staff are friendly.

Staff was very nice, and would help out as they could. Restaurant food was good. We had an extended stay, so the hotel laundry service was very handy. Clean room. It is a fine place to stay for a short visit.

The room was not very soundproof relating to outside noise. The room was small and comprised of a bed, nightstand and television.. There was no dresser or desk to use. We lived out of our suitcases. By the end of our stay, the room felt very small. Would not recommend for an extended stay.

The location.

The check in and check out time. Because i travel by bus and the bus arrives at dawn. Its very inconvinient to wait for 9-10 hrs before i could check in at 2pm. ? I also hv to check out at 1130am that is 6hrs bfr the bus depart.

Bed is very comfortable.Very good breakfast. They also had an option to pack the meal for takeout.Convenient location, near SM City Cauayan. Bus terminal and the airport are a short drive/ride away.Staff are cordial to the guests.

There was some ongoing construction on the building facade during my stay, and the main entrance was slightly blocked by scaffolding. Maybe there should have been more prominent/secure overhead cover/protection as it is the MAIN hotel entrance/exit. For the noise, I did not hear any, since my room was located at the back.
