Showeroom without door which make water spills. The improvise bathroom curtain sucks as if ur not staying in a paid hotel.Lobby recepcionist always make face and NOT FRIENDLY! They DONT answer phone calls fof inquiries! Food was not great too! Overall will never stay here again! ?

The staff at the hotel were kind. Their service was quick. It’s a good place for lodging, has a mini restaurant, but not much else.
The best hotel i've ever been, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were extremely accomodating. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The food at the resraurant was delicious. I highly recommend Mango Suites for anyone visiting Santiago City.
Disappointing
The receptionist scammed my Fiance, told her the reservation was not paid, and forced her to pay another time, even though we presented the invoice to him. The hotel is still not yet answering to my emails.
Food is good. Location is ok.
TV cannot get any channel.They allow guests to roam without mask.
