The Maximilian Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Modern room. Good restaurant

Poor selection of breakfast dishes

Staff were super friendly, room was very nice and well presented. The breakfast in the morning was a very nice touch with great options. I recommend staying here.

Nothing really. All was great!

It was nice and clean all staff are approachable my family enjoyed the food thumbs to all the staff

Pool

Our room were reserved via booking.com but when we were there the reception said that its not that big so we were asked to upgrade it and so we did but we added a fee again..so its like a cost of 2rooms...we were askinf if an additional bed would be added but instead an upgrade plus a cost of an another bed 3200 was added ro the initial 3k plua reservartion.

Everything. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food.

I always appreciate a small refrigerator in my room.

A resort feeling at an inner city hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff gave exemplary service. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was cozy and relaxing. We had been staying at a different hotel here in the past, but from now on we will stay here. Ours was a short stay, and we didn't have time to jump into the pool. Next time.

A microwave oven and a small refrigerator would have been nice to have,

Everything was great

Breakfast was not that great, only a couple items and no toast or sausage

It's our go to hotel whever we go home to Isabela, it's near the airport and the mall. I liked how the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Food was great and the rooms were clean.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the hotel is very nice and the staff is generous. They have a restaurant and a coffee bar, which is comfortable. They offer shuttles to the airport, which is convenient and not expensive. The airport is very close by. Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Shower was excellent.

A lot of the stuff in our room didn’t work (bedside lamp, apps on the tv, safety box). We didn’t have a lot of variety at breakfast. Some of the dishes on the menu were non-available and not enough options for vegetarians.

Disappointing

No wifi, smart tv did not work, cracy loud people until midnight, loud music at 7 in the morning, loud street, very poor choice at brakefast, butter smelt old, .....

Spacious, Brand New, Bright, CleanGood service. There is cafe in lobby jointed w/ Starbuck.......what a surprise after long drive from Banaue / Batad rice terraces Hotel cab flag tuktuk to town center for authentic Chinese restaurant

Breakfast is ok, could hv been better

Guards and other staff members were cordial and nice, except for that one lady who apparently needs more training to do her job right.

The lady at the front desk who accommodated us during our check-in process talks like she's memorized all her lines. No eye contact, no emotions. Took her a good amount of scolding before she uttered the words "I apologize". The room we were transfered to was planned poorly, with the sink outside in front of a bed. And with the bed, we were given 2 separate beds when our initial request was one. The place is poorly air-conditioned and ac doesn't even do it's function to go lower than 17 which is apparently still considered as "summer" heat.

The location was excellent- it was near the airport. The staff were accommodating & friendly.

Ideal location a few minutes from airport and main town. Nice modern building with excellent breakfast

Wife thought the lighting in the room was a little dull but only while putting on her makeup

The room, facilities and location

They provide ONLY one keycard. Requested additional but was refused. I mean that’s good if you are alone - what if you are with family, like you all should be together when you go out? TV is not user-friendly, requires you to call a staff for assistance.

Locatio

As a Western, I would have liked more continental breakfast. For exp every day real bacon. But... when I asked it, there was no problem

Nice

Aircon was not as its coolest, we set it at 17c however room temp was still warm

The staff at the hotel made the stay worth a return in future.

Not much choice in vegetarian food.

Staff were friendly and helped us with what ever we needed.

Food at the breakfast needs improvement

A modern hotel with all the services in this cathegory.

The western breakfast included in the price of the room was really poor and not tasty.
