The Avenue Plaza Hotel

The staff. All individual services received by the staff were absolutely exceptional!

The rooms were in bad shape. Moldy. Towels were never fully cleaned and smelled like sweat every day we received them. Carpets were old and very dirty. Curtains were very old, out dated and dirty. Some of the food was either too salty or too dry at times

The staff was prompt when we request things like towels, soaps, tissue, etc. They were very friendly!

We were totally satisfied. The hotel is in a place that may not be conducive to children.

Our greeting when we arrived was so friendly. Use of the van to get from the airport to the hotel.

Just a bit dated. No USB plugs.

The staff was amazing. We were treated like celebrities. They even connected us so that they could meet our flight and bring us to the hotel without waiting. When we asked about going someplace in a taxi they just had their airport van take us.

We appreciated the politeness of the staff and the room is clean. The hotel’s location is perfect for a walk to Basilica and outside restaurants. Also very accessible to any part of the city.

Location

It’s not readily prepared for guess. No face towels, no robes, no slippers and no bath towels.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Ian , the shuttle bus driver went out of his way to help me secure a bus ticket to Manila when my Cebgo flight cancelled.

The property boasts a convenient location near various dining options, while the staff provides exceptional service, catering attentively to our every need.

We experienced issues with our access card, requiring frequent assistance from lobby staff. Additionally, the facilities show signs of aging, including air conditioning leaks. The breakfast selection falls short for a 4-star hotel.

The staff is always fantastic. I love staying here. The customer service is unbeatable. I always feel so special and at home. And i am always well taken care of. They know me by name and know my needs. My stay is always wonderful, and this is why I keep coming back.

The rooms are old and not clean enough. Our room has a floor leakage so we transferred to another room

All the staff are excellent very accommodating .

During our stay a lot of maintenance work.the pool. And some others.

The staff was exceptional. Above all expectations. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. The pool was disgusting, no pool furniture or umbrellas, water was dirty

-Customer Service - superb! Everyone is smiling and greeting you, helpful at all times and willing to go beyond like making sure our baggage is assisted and we are not burned by the sun with umbrella :)-Location - at the heart of the city where you can just walk at night to find restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacy-Breakfast - buffet with many choices and everything is delicious-Lobby - with grand piano, unique design and welcoming ambiance-Parking -has ample space-Room - spacious, cold AC, has fridge, cabinet, chairs, tables and a bath tub

-The window in our room (Naga river view) was dirty. I think it was not cleaned for a long time.-Tv remote was not working and has only 1 channel.-The pool is cold during day and night - wish it was heated .

I watched the workers a lot. Everyone seemed to legitimately care about their specific job. The rooms director happened to be floating from one post to another handling lots of various things. The restaurant Mgr and door man referenced me by name!

Not much it was all good, for what I paid. Actually exceeded expectations for the price

The hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. They readily respond to your needs. There are restaurants and fast-food nearby. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The beat hotel I've been to in Naga so far?

Staffs were excellent. The facility needs some face-lifting. The bathtub was so high and I felt it was not safe for use.

The bathroom. Food needs more improvement. Needs to add on kakanin, longganisa, and more.
