Pros +
- The breakfast was great, though service is relatively slow. The staff were generally warm and friendly. The location is fine. If not for the issue below, I would have recommended this hotel. I am grateful though. Thank you!
- room is spacious and clean
- ONLY thing acceptable here was that the staff was very polite, and the location was good.
Cons -
- The bathroom stinks a lot, and the stench is coming from the sink. This is true to both rooms we've reserved. One sink is even clogged. The refrigerator in my room was not working.
- front desk always explaining on possible broken items. a bit annoying.
- The shower head was worthless, no coffee pot/ coffee, no hair dryer, furniture was old & beat up, &The “complimentary breakfast” (that I paid extra for) was terrible, very limited choices, and the coffee was almost UNdrinkable.

Limited choice of breakfast.Location is okay.
The room does not provide complimentary coffee/tea, no cups and saucer, drinking glasses and spoons.Tea is not included in the breakfast so there is extra charge if you order tea, instead of coffee.
Executive room 3400p a night comfortable room .
I feel overpriced hotel Perhaps shortage of hotels in legazpi Stairs to the rooms
location was extremely good & accessible to all areas. The staff were approachable & friendly too.
The reception area smells like old wood & pungent. The room needs renovation like wall paint and carpet was super worn out. The CR smells too.
Near the airport
Old furniture, no kettle, cups
Just the location- close to SM mall
Not much choice in the restaurant. For breakfast they charged extra for tea
Clean
No elevator, no wifi in room
The size of the room is okay
It's a bit old. There was a plastic bag inside the refrigerator when we checked in - they didn't clean it up. You have to call them to ask for toiletries. No extra water - if you request additional, you'll pay. You have to request cups. No complimentary coffee or tea. If you want to head to the airport, they only knew taxi which is costly - they should be providing other options. Breakfast is just okay - they shouldn't be serving "Bangus" with a lot of bones!
It had a refrigerator
No hot water , rude staff , torn bed linen dirty shower .
Only the location other than that nothing else.
The room itself. I think they need an upgrade.
Spacious and accomodating staff
I would say dirty carpet
breakfast is a little bit salty
