Friendly staff and spa was excellent

Buffet was average.

The place is clean and rooms are spacious. The food served for breakfast were delicious, staff would go over and beyond to help guests.

It was hot inside the elevators, I think there are no air con inside elevators, it took also some time for the water to get hot for the hot shower.

convenient location

for the economy rooms, we have to pay P100 per day for renting a hair dryer. Some days, the cleaner forgets to provide clean towels and once, they left the dirty pillow cases on the floor. Generally, the service is good.

The staff in general are very accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated every detail.

Accessibility to restaurants

Occupied family room facing the boulevard . Didn’t realize u can hear all the traffic noise loud & clear, that was disconcerting

its far from the downtown, few choices of food. breakfast buffet was almost empty and its only 8AM. Everything has a note that says the food is reserved for lunch and dinner but why it is being displayed in breakfast buffet anyway?

Everyone was accomodating, friendly, helpful and engaged in their role as Team in Villa Caceres.

There was no screened Door or Window to be left opened when one does not like Air Conditioner.

The hotel itself. Well maintained. The interior is relaxing and specious. We enjoyed the food and pool.

The decor was very elegant, very clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. We did not have time to use the pool but I would have stayed in the pool if we had time—looked beautiful. Staff service was above and beyond. They helped us with our baggge when we were distributing our stuff in our check in baggage.

I would like to suggest that they keep an extra weighing scale to borrow for guests distributing weight in their check in baggage. They have only one and it’s in the gym.

I liked the accessibility of the hotel, the welcoming & helpful staffs, the Spa and the very clean, fragrant room. RJ’s buffet offered good food. The hotel ambiance is very nice.

Wi-Fi connection in the room is erratic. For someone who is traveling for work, stable connection is essential.

Right down the middle of where the night parties are.

Carpet looks old and needs carpet washing. The pool was so crowded with summer swimming lessons we dint not have the chance to sit and relax by the pool considering its to hot and humid. A good swim would have made the stay great considering we chose the place for the pool as well.

Hotel was well appointed, clean with very friendly & accommodating staff. Meal selection was great and enjoyed the steak we had.

The breakfast was more aligned for the local market, still not a biggy considering the overall experience

Near to the church

We requested for an extra bed and they gave us a broken folding bed so one of my family member had a fall while using it. We informed the staff about it. Hopefully they will look into it and do something about it toavoid further incident in the future.

Room was big and controllable and price was fair.

That bathroom it was ok needs to repair the floor and update it.if

we arrived at the hotel before 10am and Ms. Ivan gracefully checked the room availability for early check in.Thank you for Ms. Ivan, will definitely choose Villa Caceres for our next Naga trip.

Parking is in the back, it was raining and we were drenched, not a fan of food, saw a roach walking by the coffee area, room is outdated, restroom is decent but stillOutdated

On arrival The elevator not working on Saturday to the floor where my room was located front desk staff relocated me to another room area with a working elevator with several hours wait. Sunday that elevator was out of service ?. Very hard on my bad knees. These were hinted as the result of the recent flooding. Bell staff very helpful

I just loved the swimming pool and the gym.

They disinfected the building Sunday night and the smell permeated into the room I went to my car to get a face mask and slept with it on. This was around midnight.
