Nice location ,very good staff ,especially at reception counter .

Old mattress and pillows, lights not bright. Sambal Nasi lemak not tasty at all .The hotel is not as beautiful with lamps as the picture in the app

This is a 30 year old hotel, I am sure it was gorgeous then. There is a restaurant in the hotel which met the crisis when it rains (usually every afternoon it rains). I loved the fresh and clean towels and linens in the room. My room included bed and breakfast. They serve good breakfast. conveniently located (if you want to be around the food places). Reception staff were helpful and welcoming.

Well the rooms need renovation. I found minimum electric charging points. The bath tub is so old fashioned that you need to watch your steps while getting out of the tub. The room carpet was clean yet, full of stains. Time to remove of replace. Does not give a positive vibe.

Location is in the center. Food everywhere. Parking is outside the hotel, not a problem. Morning market is 2 mins walk from the hotel. The room bed is comfortable & the toilet is clean. Pillow is ok, not too hard or soft. Wifi is strong. DIY shop is just next to the hotel, so convenient.

The furniture is old in the room. Worn out. Hotel can provide toothbrushes n mini toothpaste as part of the toiletries.

No water dispenser,broken socket, bidet's water pressure too small,no free parking space

- Very Limited breakfast- Very small room for triple- Very noisy with restaurants nearby which operate until late at night - Hard bed- No designated parking for hotel customers. Will need to park around the hotel and it is very hard to spot parking there since a lot of chinese restaurants nearby

the cleaning service enter our room despite the do not disturb sign

The room I stayed had no towel and toiletries, you have to buy them! Breakfast was fine, ordinary Malaysian dishes.
