Huge tour groups swarming the lobby and filling up the breakfast area, resulting in having to delay my own breakfast for an hourThe internet was very inconvenient... slow, disconnecting frequently and having to enter login/password every single timeThe room was quiet dated, with significant stains on the carpet and walls

The balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains. Laundry room was very useful.

The room itself is a bit outdated and it wasn't clean enough, particularly the kettle, was too dirty. There were also tiny insects at many parts of the room.The bed was very hard.

Decent location. I sure wish there were stairs from town so you don’t have to walk the road.

It’s a bit out of disrepair. Scratched up walls and lights that look like they are pulling the screws out of the wall. I was in 231, check the right bed light. The shower fixtures need upgrading.

The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful and visually appealing. It is a great spot for photos and OOTD, with a strong overseas or European-style vibe. From the outside, the hotel looks charming and impressive.

There were many disappointing aspects. Most of the furniture is very old and worn out. The bed and mattress were dirty, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The bathroom was not clean.The most frustrating experience was the door lock system. We were locked outside our room for about 10 minutes because the door could not be opened. We had to call the reception, and they sent security to help. Even then, the security staff had to try many times before the door could finally be opened. This clearly shows how outdated and unreliable the system is.Overall, the hotel is very run-down and seriously needs an upgrade. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price paid.

The building is well painted on the outside, but the internal is a different story. eventho the rooms are kept clean, but the musky smell is there and wear and tear of the bathroom is very obvious.

The property is on hill hence the view is amazing and very freindly staff ..they have free shuttle thrice a day which is very convenient and breakfast as well is decent

great experience with the frontdesk staff that help me a lot with reservation,room readiness and cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast was amazing.

little issue with my room access card sometimes not detected,but luckily got room cleaner to help me that time.suggest Hotel side to recheck all the room access card make sure all clear without any issue to have customer fully satisfaction

Bathroom wall is full of mold.Bathtub drain is clogged.Blanket is too thin.

Bathroom need repair or improvement and no dedicated motorcycle parking for guest.

I love the breakfast variety being served throughout my stay in the hotel. The receptionist and the waitress is attentive, helpful and has a sweet smile. The hotel location is great, quiet and peaceful. I felt calm throughout my stay there. Room looks old but it still served the comfort that me and my partner needed. If you want a modern room, need to add extra expenses but its affordable. I love the bed and the pillow!! Its comfy!! Overall, I am satisfied with my stay in Heritage Hotel. My room situated at Level 3, Old wing side (Room 306), Single Queen Bed.

Great facilities. Beautiful garden and got mini playhouse for kids to play.

Towels provided is smelly. Takes long time to exchange after several times request.

The staff were pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was good but need more staff at the egg counter. The bar was shut. Location was ideal a few minutes walk away from the town center .Laundry machine & dryer a huge benefit

It’s really old and needs serious maintenance.Tv channels needs upgrading and WiFi in the room is very slow and at times not working. Carpet full of stains.
