Front desk @ Check in were both efficient + Friendly ..I had to Cancell my 2nd Nite stay for 30 Dec 2025 { urgently Return to my Hometown, Penang }/ inform Reception + She was very Efficient to advise me to Call Manager after d Holidays to request for Refund..Here's Hoping that Jasmine Hotel will be able to refund me less Cancellation Charges..

All's comfortable Convenient location ~ lots of Food Choices

Good location.

Less facility in the room, no TV reception not even one channel, provide wifi password But cannot access to internet reason given wifi problem.

no hanger to hang clothes, stay for 4 people but only get 1 soap need to share, btw the sink in the hotel also not clean, a bit dirty

Location of the hotel.

This is our 2nd time check-in to this hotel & checked-in for 2 nights, requested rm 414 But was given 413. Request to change to 414 But Front Office manager said cannot cos’ hotel blocked 3rd & 4th floor for refurbishment. Only open 01 room for my family at 4th floor. Room No TV remote control as informed by front office & they knew TV got problem. We asked hotel is not fully booked why can’t they change the TV for us. Later housekeeping brought us hair dryer and remote control. On 2nd day, some guest checked-in to the room next to us which is 414, we are wondering why yesterday front office told us 414 & all rooms at 3rd & 4th floor blocked for refurbishment BUT just after 1 day they can release for check-in?

Staying here for many times, and overall was good.

-Reach earlier than check-in time, around 1.15pm, but unfortunately don’t allow to check in earlier, it will be perfect if flexible abit for this.-Shower head are broken, water splashes everywhere when opened.

Easy and smooth check-in process. The location is near to the town, parking quite easy but first come first serve. Room is moderately spacious. All power socket is in working condition.

Water heater I think should be individually installed in each room, easy to adjust required temperature.

Parking a bit limited, but thankfully we always got the parking nearby.

I love the location.

Cleanliness. Very bad condition. My pillow case has blood stain that haven't been wash. I cant sleep that night thinking how dirty the bed was.

Family Room and location

Recept staff should be more careful when handling customer.it is not approrite to call customer at almost midnight for follow up matter which should be conducted during registration stage.

Like their room & restroom was Clean,comfort.

The water heater never wrkg at morning time and the water heater was not kids friendly.

This was my fourth time staying here. Good location. Everything was nearby.

Due to the room is too old and damp, the carpets, beds and room are smelly.

Location is strategic

House keeping need to be alert on dirty bed sheets. Need to replace without customer inform. Unfortunately for me, the sheet was urinate smells before i ask them to change.

Strategic place easy access to get food

Their carpet is so smelly and dirty. The bedsheet is also dirty and dusty.

Good location with restaurant, mini market and laundry below hotel.

Prefer hotel provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Towels a bit old, carpet in the room are dirty.
