Location wise quite good as kea farm just nearby. within walking distance.

The staff at receptions not smiling at all when i wanna do check in registration. The overall hotel look so old. not clean. the balcony so dirty even you can see small trees coming out from the bricks. the bed i feel itchy. the cafe is dirty. can see the floor like been never polish at all.

Spacious apartment

Dirty toilet bowl, dirty bathroom wall, didn't top up shower gel, a thin blanket as it's so cool at night and some of the light a broken and give spooky atmosphere at night..as the room located at the end of the road, the iron board was broken with burning marks.. also with the iron look so ugly

Dogs barking at night disturbs the residents' sleep. There are almost 10 dogs around the apartment area. Although they do not disturb the residents, but with all the barking, it affects my rating of this hotel/apartment.Also, it would be better if the hotel provided a fan. Even though it was cold, you need good ventilation.TV not function. got ASTRO but nothing. CODE SCNA (service currently not available)

there were some stains on the floor. the facilities are old .

Comfy bed and pillow. Newly renovated room. Located at the highest point of Cameron Highland. Coway water filter provided but u have to bring own bottle.

The room package with set breakfast. if want to change to buffet breakfast have to add another Rm7 per person. They didn't provide slipper, toothbrush and drinking water bottle. All this item as per request.

The only good thing I found about this hotel was the view of outside from my room. It was spectacular. Besides this the staff was amazing. My big thank you to the hotel chef MK who went extra mile to accommodate our diet requests as we are pure vegetarians.

List of what u didn’t like about this hotel is too long. Here are the few. The real bad smell in the entire hotel realty is overwhelming the moment one enters the lobby who’s made me throw up couple times. The hotel feels too cold as the building has no climate control system and weather can get very cold in Cameron Highlands. There is on washroom in the main lobby and that too is right inside the main dining area which is a huge inconvenience. Rooms are too basic and made me feel like I’m staying at Soviet era sanitarium. No temperature win bedrooms an we slept very uncomfortably getting very cold at nights. Bathrooms had too many issues. Water flushed in toilets terribly. Shower felt like I was in jail communal bathroom writhing everything not ok. Towels provided were too smelly and like rags we would not even use for our pets. This hotel really needs a true shutdown for a serous renovation. Too many issues.

Location the best for families and couples. So romantic and good for healing

Overall the stay was decent. The hotel is on going with renovation so more or less the environment was relatable.

I love the lodge vibe of the lobby. I dont know why i never stay at this hotel during my previous visit.The room was nice, but nothing to wow us.Pool: nice and is it a heated pool? Because the pool temp was so nice. Warmer than the weather. And the staff was so nice to assign my room on the pool level since i was asking about the pool for my kids Good price (weekdays)

The room and toilet not clean and smelly. So many ants and bugs.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but there are a lot of stray dogs outside the area that make creepy noises at night. We were quite disturbed by the noise and couldn’t sleep well because of it. Hope the management can do something about this issue.

Check-in experience was already unpleasant. The front desk insisted on a booking number even though I provided my IC — something most hotels can easily verify with just the ID.Then came the surprise: cash-only deposit. Credit card wasn’t accepted, which is very inconvenient and outdated for a hotel of this range.Finally, the dramatic show started to happen in my 2nd day. The room service was a big shock to me. Due to “high occupancy,” they said cleaning service wasn’t available. This is unacceptable — guests already paid for a full stay with daily service included. Shouldn’t there be a partial refund if no housekeeping is provided? Anywhere, I’m kind enough to accept this at first.When I requested water replenishment and towels change at 11 AM, they said it would be arranged. Nothing happened until I followed up again at 6-7 PM — finally resolved 8 PM+ after face to face complaint at counter.Basic amenities were also missing. No floor mat in the bathroom, so every time after shower, the floor got wet and messy.And good luck sleeping — mosquitoes buzzing around every night, plus a faulty toilet flush that made things worse.Overall, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not recommended as I believe their operation management is very weak in handling most of the details in running the hotel service.
