Hotel Chua Gin @ Brinchang Centre

The staff are very friendly. The room are a bit small than I thought. Afterall, worth the price. I would repeat it again if I'm looking for and affordable room.

No lift ,old room ,no water heater ..not for older people…

Close to masjid & muslim food restaurant

No replacement of bath towel. I already requested from the staff but they did not send me the new towels. No iron provided to iron clothers.

different blocks, no lift, need to carry luggage to high floors, good that they arranged someone to carry some luggage for us. Room is okay, but above a steamboat shop and busy road so very noisy at early morning and late night. Reception is helpful, location is difficult to find parking.

Everything was good but the shower.

The shower i mean it’s so cold and the hot shower was unavailable during my trip. There’s hot water from the sink and they provided a water scoop it was useful but inconvenience.

They didnt tell the room were in another building. such a nuisance for a customer to walk and bring a lot of stuff to the room. and the road was kind like hilly road . plus, i got the highest room and there s no lift? the worst part is no heater on the bathroom and the water were freezing ?

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, location was good food wise. Outside of the tourist center of tanah rata but very easy to get there via hitchiking or renting a scooter as we did. All in all would book here again.

Everything was as expected when booking a budget hotel.

Water heater not functioning at all, this is not the first time I’ve been here, I thought it’s already fixed but still the same, hotel might have to improve this facilities.

The room was comfortable and nice, it was worth the price and super nice room with good toilet as well.

The location was a bit off, while in the center of everything yes but still not the most ideal, not bad tho still great.

EXCEPT this Chua Gin hotel( GUEST HOUSE), the Cameroon Highland is a good place to visit, very COOL.vi

Although the hotel reception is on the main road, after check-in, we have to walk to the room passing through a dirty and noisy alley among and behind small food shops.The stairs are too too narrow among the noisy restaurant’s tables.The room is small, the bathroom is dark, ESPECIALLY the toilet is DIRTY.No toothbrush or else.
