Kingston Hotel 23 @ Nova Highlands Hotel, Cameron Highlands

Nothing because bad bad bad experience in this hotel.

Disappointed. Hotel apartment separate to 2 buildings, mine at shopping mall, outside & inside look old & dirty. Room smell dusty not comfortable. Need to pay mall parking fee or not walk back to next building hotel counter for waiver. "INCONVENIENCE"

Good Facilities, the room very comfortable and the place very convenience. Near to the food area and the mall. Have parking area and the location near to Kea farm.

Should have breakfast package for family cause the apartment has to walk to go to the restaurant. The parking quite far from the room area, has to walk to get the the nearest lift to the nearest room area. If possible the TV can upgrade to smart TV to get at least watching subscription-based streaming service or youtube.

the hotel is just above shops, nearby brinchang market and covered parking available downstairs. room was facing the hills so it was pretty quite. bed is comfy

love how the room stays in a small glass and the room is kinda big

• no towel prepared (im not sure if you had to ask for the housekeeper or something) but the towel should be prepared during the first time check in, we got 1 “used” towel instead (didn’t even use it)• had to use febreeze for the room, it kinda have the smell, but it’s still fine

Spacious room and facilities. Location is good, near to the famous spot such as Kea Farm.

Far to walk to reception counter before getting out car from the building.

I was highly impressed with the room, as it was impeccably cleaned, and all the necessary items were thoughtfully arranged and readily available.

While my overall experience was very positive, I did encounter one issue that caused some inconvenience. Specifically, I found it difficult to locate the receptionist, as the details regarding their location were unclear. Additionally, the contact number provided both on the booking platform and the website was incorrect, which led to a significant amount of time spent—approximately one hour—trying to resolve the matter and get in touch with the appropriate personnel.

I like the place, easy access to most of the convenient store and gym. Got local hawker stall there for eat. The view quite nice.

The smell very terrible. The moment you enter the room, you will be squeezed. I think they do not clean well, the sofa got water mark (not sure it’s water mark or 18sx thing). Tissue not enough, call housekeeping for tissue, took them forever to come. Please know that the free parking not really free. You have to walk to reception which another building to validate and it’s free for 3 times only. They never tell their customer this.

the property is spacious.

The property is poorly maintained. The stove is not functioning, and the toilet bowl is clogged. The staff are rude and impatient. When we requested housekeeping, there was no response initially. They eventually showed up very late, removed all the towels, but failed to provide replacements. Overall, the staff’s attitude was terrible, and the receptionist even hung up the phone before we finished speaking.

When u want to check-in u must walk to another building to get ur room card, for check-in deposit the property only accepts for cash.On this booking app still shows the property contact number which is in-valid. I hope the app can change to the correct number

Poor reception service

I've been message to this property for booking confirmation there's no one reply , even I called the main phone number and whatsapp number no one pickup my call. Poor reception services .

Only the location.

I had a disappointing experience staying at this hotel over the weekend.Firstly, the check-in process was inconvenient — the key collection was located in a separate building next door, requiring guests to walk outside just to get their room access. Similarly, while parking can be waived, I had to walk to a different location to redeem it, which was quite troublesome.The overall environment didn’t feel safe or welcoming. The walkway to the hotel was poorly lit, and the building itself appeared old and almost abandoned. The room had a strong damp smell and was not clean. It felt neglected, and the actual condition was very different from the photos online.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I have been experiencing some unusual occurrences during my stay at the hotel. Something is scratching the door and wall , and I've heard whispers when no one else is present. This is quite unsettling, and I would appreciate assistance, particularly regarding the seventh floor.

Spacious

No maintained. It was privately owned and managed by onsite manager, I think condition of property was very much dependent upon willingness of owner to upkeep. No daily service, even have to ask for complimentary drinking water from the front desk.

at least after read all previous reviews it's not that bad room are spacious and all amenities are in good condition

waiting about 45 minutes just to get room key and after that need to walk about 400 meters to other building just to get to our room

All good, dekat dengan kea farm, agro market and so on. Staff semua okay, layanan pon bagus.

Hairdryer cannot use. Iron board a bit far form our room that right next to the lif. That's all.

Please improve your wifi services.too bad.keep disconnect.keep lagging.slow wifi speed.quality and speed not consistent
