Friendly kids.. spacious room..love the surrounding and superb nature..

Block C and didn't have lift to 2nd floor..

Breakfast is good ?? Great location away from jammed. Will consider to repeat this place next time. no any disturbance in room

The staff is not frendly. And im not agreed 200 for deposit and return back the money (7-14 days) . Before this i have experince more then 5 start hotel . No need deposit payment.then the customer service for trolley is late

Very run down hotel that I would not consider a 4 star, check in took exactly 1 hour ( pic attached) the room was very old and tired,The staff where very unfriendly and with regards to the restaurant staff they where actually quite rude. Would not stay again

Location is quite good. Short distance from bus terminal and to a Dschungel hike. Room in a nice colonial style

Be aware you will hear often prays and singing because of a close by mosque . It starts at 6:00 am

1-requested a good view because 8 nights staying but they ignored. 2-I arrived tired because long trip, the receptionist didn’t tell me there is a water dispenser , they didn’t add any bottle of water and the fridge as welcoming , I went at night searching for a shop to buy a bottle of water even though I was so tired, then after two nights I found out by accident the water dispenser and wrote to save environment we don’t add bottles of water it was as a joke. 2-Received room dirty, there are spots on toilet lid, toilet paper is wet with water and has dirty spots , there are dirty spots on towels even though I have my own towel and don’t use it, and spots on the bathtub. The Electric kettle is so dirty. 3- Each time I should ask the housekeeper to clean my room & take the trash out, one day I forgot to tell him and he left my room without cleaning. 4- Housekeeper broken my comb “ I don’t know if he did this intentionally or by mistake because I always ask for cleaning and I guess he got mad. 5- The breakfast is poor, or maybe it is good only for Malay ppl, the hotel didn’t provide international breakfast which be suitable for different nationalities. 6- They gave me 8 papers , some with stamp and didn’t explain what for , I shocked when I went to have breakfast and the girl at the front desk asked me to provide one paper , she told me should I bring one paper each time I cone to breakfast. and until now I don’t know why some with stamp and others no. 7- Furniture is old , not the same photos in booking site. Not worth the price I have paid , must be half of the amount I paid.

The hotel is so cozy , the staff are all friendly and the rooms is very nice and clean and it has wide space and the view is great

Compact breakfast for such a 4-star hotel, it should be more Comprehensive.Suggest to be more flexible for check-in time of 2pm.We booked for three persons in the room including brekfast, but they only peovided brekfast for 2 persons and asked for extra charge for third persons.

Excellent location next to Tanah rata bus stand. Lots of restaurants nearby, good market and many options for sightseeing tours operators nearby. You can walk everywhere and feel like local. Very Spacious room, excellent view of a beautiful park and mountain, lots of space for parking, high end restaurants in resort. They have pool table and foosball table. Short walk to a Hindu temple and a canal and MArdi.

One minor irritant was the fireworks during late night. Maybe it was Ramadan month so these fireworks were done, and they were very close to the resort. But it is a festival time so can’t complain.

the location, ambience is quiet and peaceful. place is clean..

ridiculously they did not provide toothbrush set. cotton bud, shower cap, bath gel shampoo but not the basic one, toothbrush n little toothpaste. i did called reception to ask for one but she said “we dont provide that”. owh man, your hotel is not cheap yet the cheap thing you cant provide. ridiculous and this would be my first and last.
