    • We loved the size of the room, extremely spacious and oozed colonial elegance. It honestly felt like we were on the set of an old movie, the hotel is beautiful, the service impeccable. Breakfast is a la carte, and quite good. I really can't say enough about the staff, the people working here are incredible, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and you always are made to feel so welcome and appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, good quality furniture, good restaurant, good quality food

Loud noise from the street at night in all rooms

    7GraciePosted on: 10-29-2025

The service staff in the restaurants were excellent. Although there is no in-room dining, the staff knew that I was not well, he volunteered to make a specail arrangement to deliver my order to my room. I did not take up the offer as I did not feel like eating. The service staff during breakfasts saw that I was unwell, made special ginger honey tea for me to drink.

We waited more than half hour for our rooms. We were given a room with a connecting door. In the night, the neighbour room was very loud for more than 1 hour. Disturbed my sleep because I was down with fever and was trying to sleep. The bed was rather old and ricketty. Not very comfortable.

Great breakfast. Room was clean, staff were very friendly. They acommodated by request to cut short my stay.

Noise was too much given it's right beside the road. Windows could have had soundproofing.

    8FongPosted on: 9-13-2025

Liked the breakfast options, good variety and classic western breakfast was good. Buffet options were sufficient Room was clean and spacious as a solo traveler.Noise level at night was bad, suggest to add thicker curtains to help block the noise from the main road.

Clear parking indications for visitors and guests should be made more obviousActivities listed at the hotel seem to cater more to groups/couples, would like more activities that can be done as solo or allow options to include other guests to join.

Good serviceWell maintained English style furnishingsBreakfast includedAttentive staffs

Water from the shower area tends to overflow to the "dry bathroom area" after showeringPillows can be replaced, it feels rather "flat" and not nice to sleep on (could be personal preference)

Our one-night stay at Cameron Highlands Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to a different era — the entire property exudes an old-English charm, like something out of the early 90s. Warm, cozy, and full of character, the ambience was absolutely pitch-perfect for a mountain retreat. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A simple but thoughtful gesture really stood out — we had brought strawberries from a nearby farm, and they kindly washed and beautifully presented them for us without us even asking. That’s the kind of personalized service that makes a stay truly memorable. The common areas of the resort are equally impressive — from a charming grand hall with a fireplace to large koi ponds filled with majestic fish. It all adds to the resort’s serene and sophisticated atmosphere.Breakfast was served à la carte and every bite was divine. You could tell great care went into the flavors and presentation — it felt more like a fine-dining experience than a typical hotel breakfast. If there’s one thing I regret, it’s that we couldn’t stay longer. I genuinely wish I had at least one more night to soak it all in, but we had a flight to catch. Still, this brief escape will stay with us for a long time.Highly, highly recommended — whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat into the hills, Cameron Highlands Resort delivers an experience that is both nostalgic and luxurious.

    Nothing!

    1. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful all times. 2. Location of the hotel is excellent (except traffic).3. Breakfast is very good. 4. Size of room is great.5. Nice balcony.

    1. Noise of busy road in front of hotel is so bad almost all the times. They provide ear plugs but it is not a solution for us. Avoid weekends and public holidays for relatively less crowd as Cameron Highlands is very public destination for locals. 2. Pillows are not comfortable.

    Location, hotel, rooms are perfect

Staff could do better, made errors like forgetting to bring luggage to the room

Beautiful & cozy gem in the highlands. Wonderful place to spend a special milestone birthday.

The room gets a little stuffy at times in the night. Would be great if we could request an additional fan. Maybe even a mini standing one. But other than that, absolutely perfect.
