Wan Alyasa Hotel

location of the hotel quite nice. The room clean and no bad smell. Can park on basement with low parking rate

No. all good for me

Tempat strategik..dah repeat 2x stay sni everytime dtg CH..walkaway from Centrum, belakang hotel ada Centrum fun park untuk anak2 kecil

Parking basement kena bayar..parking area hotel sgt limited

Best, clean and cheap hotel in brinchang, location near centrum mall and free parking but limited.

The hotel was amazing... I'm always stay there went I'm going to Cameron.. The staff was very kind and polite.. The hotel is middle of town..

Location- stores, restaurants were within walking distance, but the accommodation was outdated and room pretty small. Washroom could've been cleaner so was the stairway to the first floor where the elevator was located to get to the third floor. No closet, therefore had to fold my clothes and place on a stool.

If rooms were larger, more closet space and bathroom cleaner. The carpeting on the stairs leading to the first floor was badly stained, should either be removed completely or replaced..made me feel uncomfortable A plus is they provided a water dispenser on the main floor which I didn't notice until I was checking out.

There are extra charges you need to pay at the property. Lack parking slot. The shower is not really working.

Very good location, parking available, nearby mall, value for money.

the water heater not function well.

Ftiendly staff and decent room and facilities for the price. Location was very convenient next to the mall and places to eat. Water refills great idea. Arrived during CNY and taxis were a bit pricey due to the traffic however not the hotels fault.

Noisy until about 11pm if near the mall. Ok once it finished for the night. The hotel asked me to confirm three times before I arrived. On the third time I told them it seems a bit excessive. I had already emailed them and called. It almost felt like they were ready to give away my room in the event it was late. What happens if someone doesn't have charge on their phone or misses the message? Do you just give away the room? Anyway not a big fan of the system. Other than that was an ok stay.

Location sgat sgat strategik

Water heater tak panas sgat. Iron pun tak panas jgak.

Strategic location, room is clean, have coway at first floor so can refill hot, cold water, fast check out, no depo required. Staff ok. Overall ok not bad, we enjoyed our holiday.

Tv only 3 channel, basement parking no cctv, no lift from basement n ground floor to first floor, lift start from first floor to 3rd floor. Not mesra oku but still ok acceptable because clearly being informed no lift before booking. Suggestion, maybe can provide more shower gel. Overall still ok passable.

Clean room, easy check in and check up. Strategic location also near mall. Recommended

The location is very strategic.

Room without window & television is not clear.

The overall room was in moderate cleanliness, but the soundproofing between the room and the outside is not very well handled. We can hear the footsteps outside when someone is passing by. And the room has an unfavourable smell that makes us need to open the door for smell reduction.

There is hot water provided and is stable.

The room so clean and comfortable. Water heater also very useful. Near the centrum. Near the shoplot. Worth for money.

The bathroom tiles very wet and slippery. Please be very careful to shower kids or baby.

Walking distance to centrum, food stall and many more

Room not that spacious, but good enough for a stay

The location is good. Just a 5 min walk to Cameron centrum

There's an emergency light in the room is too bright at night when all the other lights are off, making it very hard to fall asleep without any eye mask

Cleanliness standards were excellent, housekeeping also did superb at cleaning up. Frontdesk staff are friendly and helpful

Toilet can be improved to have dry and wet area, will be perfect

top tier cleanliness , polite staff , abg jaga kaunter tu sempoi boleh sewa motor , staff smua jenis pemurah and santai gile

The cleanliness, friendly staff, the facilities.

Space for praying in the room is limited.

Strategic location, walking distance to Centrium mall and restaurants. The room is clean and tidy. Great environment for stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful

We need to pay for parking but its not that expensive, need to carefully plan our trip to avoid multiple charges of parking entrance fees.
