Lemon Tree Premier Corbett

Good location, and view. Great food

The staff and hospitality was horrible. We asked 4-5 times for towels and no one showed up. You would call the reception and they would hang up.

Great location, great views, great staff. Exceptional. They can improve on breakfast buffet options and evening high tea was too basic.

Mattresses were too hard. Can improve the quality of them.

Atmosohere ,food and service was fantastic

Ambience and clean

The location of this property by the river. The location of the Bar and the Restaurant. The spread of this property and the cleanliness maintained but most important was the superb hospitality of the staff. The staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful, smiling. Manish in the Bar was excellent.

Lemon Tree has some catching up in the "Premium" sector as the requirements and demands from the clients paying this big bill is much more.

Food was great, and so was the landscape of the property. The rooms were spacious. Kids friendly.

The swimming pool needs renovation. And the Gym also needs an upgrade.

Location, Citrus Cafe Staff Hospitality, Taste of Food

Deplorable quality of housekeeping staff. The Property is charging premium prices so guests would naturally expect premium & top notch services. If it hadn’t been for the hospitality of Citrus Cafe Staff, I would have rated this much less.

Liked: Property has lovely architecture, beautifully laid-out grounds, excellent shower with ample hot water, comfortable bed, super friendly and courteous staff. Special thanks to Puran for the care he took of us.

Did not like: The shabby decor of the rooms, the cheap furniture, the frayed curtains, the worn garden chairs... The rooms we stayed in were huge, but bare and unwelcoming, and many items on the menu were unavailableAlso, though the staff are extremely courteous and will go the extra mile, most of them have not been trained properly. The property charged us a high 17k plus a night, cashing in on the high season, but its standard is really that of a Rs 8k-9k hotel.

Location was okay, and staff was friendly

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Food was below average, room was not ready even after reaching couple hours after check in time. AC didn’t work well, and beds were tiny

Thankfully the property is located at a nice location unlike the other hotels there.Property is big, neat and clean.

Over priced. It is not worth the price. Plus the comp breakfast sucks.

The resort is nice and well spread. Food is good and staff is accommodating

Wifi kept getting disconnected

Beautiful Property and Spacious Rooms, well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Breakfast and Dinner Spread could have been better considering the price and 4 star property. Citrus Cafe service needs to improve

Good location

Food quality was really bad and pricing were rocket high. Real disappointment.

I loved the food and the location was mind-blowing , staff was courteous n helpful.

Toilet cleaning , they have kept a broken dustbin n no garbage bag , they should work on their housekeeping

Location near the riverside and beautiful park in the property

Rooms had cigarette smell. We were upgraded. Thanks to the front desk team.

Great location, courteous staff, spectacular views, awesome lipsmacking buffet to try. To cut short the hotel was as per my expectations and kudos to the team.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

Staff are much courteous Good food

Clean and hygienic

Location

Rude attitude of front office reception staff , over priced for the standard provided. Except for location nothing amazed me about the property

Breakfast was very good, many options were dere….Little improvement in desert’s taste is required…

Service from front desk was little slow, can be improved with more manpower.

The location & the views were amazing. Extremely courteous staff who is always there to help. This was my first vacation with my toddler and could not have expected a hospitality better than this

Clean rooms, access to river, they provided khichdi and milk for the baby, which was such a life saver. Service was prompt

Dinner buffet could be better with more edible options. Approach road is not good
