Without warmth

Highly recommended property lacks friendly treatment by staff. For example the welcome drink was not cold and served in a small glass. What was given is not clear.The A/c system has no provision of remote and is mounted on a wall while all users now look for remote on the bed. Linen in room was damp and has slight odour. Announced HI-TEA was tea in tumbler with two varieties of cookies and no cooked snacks.Dinner and breakfast were just okay with no special taste.

The resort is very good in terms of the facilities and service. The overall feel of the resort is good. Buffet breakfast and dinner has plenty of options.

The extra bed we requested was not comfortable at all. It has problems and will fold in between. This needs to be taken care for future.

Overall experience is good with family , situation is good , break good , neat and clean , lot of restaurants near this hotel , staff always greet and smile on face .

Excellent Food, amazing spa experience, nice landscape, great pool and good cocktails. Very easy to book a jungle safari from the property itself.

The play room with TT table and pool table needs improvement. It is cramped. Probably good enough only for one of these two. And, how can you have mats in the TT table area? A big nuisance as the ball doesn’t bounce off the floor. Not enough lights to play and too cramped for play.

Horticulture is the best we have seen in a hotel in corbett. Excellent services. Good facilities. Polite and courteous staff. Well done ?

It's nothing like that we don't like any thing A perfect staycation in Namah No doubt

Very friendly staff and very helpful the rooms were really clean and did daily cleaning if you wanted the food was really good as well

Food was either too bland or too spicy...no in between option.

Only greenery

Rooms were dingy and painted black giving look of ghost house. Comforters were stained and seems to be reused! Lighting was poor and dim. Night time was risky going to dining area which is quite far from rooms as steps barely seen due to dim light. On top of that next morning while checking out read huge board outside reception area warning to be careful about snakes and insects due to dense green area and that guests were responsible if snake bites or injuries and that property not responsible. Now this is weird. Morning time had uninvited visitor in the form of monkeys in balcony area. Bad experience. This shud be managed in a professional manner when they are charging such exorbitant price for the horrible rooms

We have booked two rooms in double occupancy, we awanted one room with the twin bed, to manage the same in good way they have upgraded both the room to Suit room. A greater WOW.Ganga Aarti was another exiting thing. 999 plus tax buffet was also good.Breakfast was also awesome. Cheery on the cake was complementary evening tea with snacks. There was lots of space for morning walk and doing pranayam.Thank u team it was real pleasure staying there.

The food was very bad. My first day was a nightmare as no ac was working then got shifted into another room which was a handcap facility room very bad don’t recommend this property to anyone

Would write in points:1)staying there is very comfortable.2)wide and bigger suze room with all facilities. 3)house keeping service is very fast4)staff was coperative and very helpful.

1)as its 5 star resorts food item is very less..and many item repeatdly2)food order taking mutch time.expecting lesser time.3) reception dosent pic phone and not answer..i call more than 15 time but no one pic phone...while i need assistance.4) email reply also very late and incomplete. 5) activity list provided during check in..many activity not done during 3 days..we remind them but no satisfied answer.6) even a smaller resorts provide much better activity other than this property. 7) these all are feedback to improve service..not a complaint individual.8) not value for money.

Rooms are very spacious. the lawn is very huge .food was good. the whole staff especially Rahul in restaurant was exceptionally good.Check in and check out very smooth. Khushi at reception extended the great welcome
