The kitchen had sink, refrigerator, a hot pot for coffee/tea and a small warmer oven but no table space to make it convenient to eat in. They offered utensils/dishes for a small fee and there was a small desk in the room. Maybe a different size room offers that space. Fresh towels were always available and shower supplies were provided. The washer/ dryer in the unit was so helpful and the parking was on site for a small fee which was very convenient. The staff was super helpful and offered a mid week cleaning. I also liked that the staff was onsite and the front door was always secured. Marcelo the onsite Manager was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again .

They did a fabulous job with the facilities we rented. I would have liked a family suite instead of two separate rooms but there was either was not one there or not one available when we traveled. It worked out nicely.

The staff are very kind and helpful! Marcelo is a very accommodating hotel manager. Parking is affordable per night. I liked having a kitchen so I can cook breakfast every day. The room was clean and the hotel gives you extra towels downstairs for guest convenience. The washer, dryer and outside clothes rack is a must especially if you swim at the beach! Location of the hotel is convenient and accessible by bus. This is a great type of place to stay for long term (3+ days) because of its amenities and central location!

For the price, the room is very small. However, it is close to American Village, clean, and the hotel staff are really nice. Convenient enough for a short trip. Prepare to use Uber to get around.

Convenient location, suitable for drivers to park the car. The facilities are equipped with stove, washing machine and dryer. They also offer utensils with a reasonable price.

The hotel can consider offering cooking stools for free or for rental. It is quite strange to have stove but no cooking stools.

The front desk person is genuinely nice and kind.

As a traveler who stayed for couple nights, I wish to have some plates or basic tableware.

The location is very close to American Village, without the noisy environment. The staff are very helpful with everything.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was a 10 min walk to the american village mall area. It is literally a few minutes walk to a bunch of great bars and restaurants as well. I didn't have time to go to the beach but that was close to the hotel as well. I also appreciated the kitchen in the property even though i didn't get a chance to use it. The Wifi was also great and a added surprise. I liked the fact the property had a balcony as well because I like to relax looking at the sun set. Overall great stay.

The room was pretty small. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was in such a cramped space as well.

Arrived later than scheduled due to flight and weather. Front desk staff was very kind and professional!

There was a kitchen, but could not do anything even just want boil egg.

Cleanliness .

Hotel provides microwave oven and stove but does not provide basic crockery eg plates or bowls . For basic cooking, guests to rent a set of utensils . Why does the hotel provide cooking facilities but decides not to include utensils is puzzling . Moreover, that the guests need to pay for rental of cooking utensils is not made known in the hotel ‘s write -up.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. When I cut my finger, one of the staff, Mr. Komesu provided me with bandage and medication on my finger to stop bleeding. I was impressed with his kind and helpful service.

The price, close proximity to my business meeting, exceptional service and comfort of the lodging facility.

Great location. Staff are excellent and happy to help wherever possible, and the room has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Will stay again!

Spacious room, has a shower with a bathtub!

There's a large humidifier on the wall that's very loud, thankfully you can turn it off during the night or mute it.

Excellent rooms - large by Japanese standards, nicely equipped with nice quality furnishings and facilities, great shower and comfortable bed. Air conditioner was great too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only potential issue is no plates or bowls in apartments.

500 yen for 1night parking. They didn't notice about that when i reserve. They e-mailed me before i got there. I didn't have time to read it. so I was embarrassed when I was told I had to pay for parking.

Clean and well equipped room for a short time stay.

The ceiling is very thin so you can be annoyed by upstairs living people, we had trouble sleeping since people upstairs kept making noise from midnight till the morning nonstop for 3 nights.

the property uses brown towels unlike other properties that use white towels. the sheets and bedspread looked old, torn and unchanged.

Super clean, comfortable, organised and low cost. The room has everything you'd need for a short or long stay including small kitchen.

The place is quite far from anywhere of interest to tourists, except for the American village area, which is about a 10 or 15 min walk away.
