Sunrise Hotel Okinawa

Hotel employee was wonferful. Very helpful. And the proximity to an excellent supermarket was a bonus!

Thought thi place was by the beach. Soooo not by a beach!!

The room is pretty spacious, the bathroom as well, the staff was amazing! So lovely and the food omg it was delicious 10/10 would definitely come back !! Plus there’s a lot of stores , restaurants and there’s a beautiful zoo nearby and Araha beach just one hour away walking! Great experience

The carpet was odd but it was okay

Breakfast and location were excellent. American and Japanese breakfast. Dept. store, restaurants and buses & taxis very nearby.

They could use new carpeting.

Very good value for money. Staff speak English. They have rooms for smokers (don't worry I have quit since then ?)Probably the cheapest around. Rooms are spacious enough, there's a desk, fridge etc.Book in advance!

The is one of the most interesting hotels that I have stayed in.The way to think of this hotel is to imagine that you are going back in time to the 1970s or earlier. Only the wifi, LED lighting and TV in the room would give any clue that you are in modern hotel.Obviously, the room, bathroom and fittings are showing their age but having said that, they are immaculately clean. The shower is hot and blasts water - just the way I like it.The hotel is about five minutes walk to the town nightlife area. There is a convenience store almost next door and the bus to Naha (to change to the airport) is just outside the hotel. I don't think there is a more convenient location.

My window opened on a wall so I just closed the curtains. No free electric socket next to the bed so I had to charge my phone on the desk.

The window was old so it didn’t prevent the music from outside. Also the location of the hotel is close to a street where a lot of tattoo shops were located. The police was all over the place during almost all the time and the hotel staff said that it is not safe at night to walk alone. In addition, the hotel is pretty old so there was no bidet in the toilet and the chairs were stained.

cheap, old hotel, they want to charge you for everything. The sew is smell bad in the restroom. Very bad smell... come from toilet, sew line, we have to close the door, and spray perfume... unpleasant stay!!!

For the overnight stay. Price range was good

For personal reason , no complimentary coffee available in the morning..had check in out the hardware keys everytime you left the premises.

It was conveniently located near several convenience stores, restaurants, clubs, etc. There was also a bus stop almost right in front of the hotel, with a lot of convenient connections.The staff were also very friendly, and both the check in and any questions were quickly resolved. The room was also more spacious than I expected for one person. Especially for the low price, this was great value.

The bed was not super comfortable (but not too bad either), and there was a mild cigarette smell in the room.

It felt warm, like being at home. The lady to the front was so nice. She was what made the stay worth going back. Also, the tub was nice to relax in.

The location was perfect, rooms were nostalgic and clean. Would love to stay here again....
