Excellent hotel with sea views, kitchen to prepare meals, and washer/dryer. Hotel staff worked together to go above and beyond expectations in order to assist with an extraordinary request I made. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you. enjoy.

Breakfast was misleading, air in the room made me stuffy, and the room was not comfortable.

Great location for work and getting out. Parking is always a challenge out front but good options near beach behind facility. Comfortable .

Wasn't particularly impressed with the front desk support. Our bidet wasn't working most of the time and they didn't fix it while we were there. The clothes dryer kept tripping, and wasn't sorted either. On the other hand, a 10min delay in returning the bicycles (the equinox fireworks started just as we reached the hotel) was met with a severe reprimand and a ban from accessing the cycles again.

Great location next to Araha beach. We had a problem with our accommodation but staff was friendly to resolve our issue.

Pretty clean and close to everywhere, 5 mins walk to the Ahara beach. Staff is friendly and polite. Very good service and I’m sure we are going back to this hotel again next time.

The small ugly weird retro looking couch in my room. I wish there were better or more breakfast options. Cereal or instant oatmeal is a cheap option. Maybe even seasonal fruits.

The ocean view was wonderful to wake up to each morning. It was very convenient to have the small kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities. The morning coffee was excellent and pleasant to enjoy in the lobby along with the warm bread. The hotel is located close by the American village and several enjoyable restaurants. The hotel staff were accommodating and pleasant.

It was close to all of the shops and the beach.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, there was hair all on the sink and in the shower. Stains all over the walls including the bathroom and ants.

It was as promised. Clean and great location. I like the apartment style.

Perfect location to use as a base to explore Okinawa. Walking distance to American Village, a short drive to lots of amazing beaches. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful, and there was a washer and drier in the room!

On the positive side, the balcony faced the ocean, and during the weekend stay, I could enjoy the fireworks display from American Village at night. The hotel is also close to the beach, and the location is excellent.

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor from the elevator to the room. The bathroom and shower area inside the room also had a bad odor. I reported the issue to the front desk, and the staff were friendly and responded promptly. However, the odor problem was not fully resolved, and I had to keep the balcony door open for ventilation, which affected the overall experience. The bed was too soft and lacked support.

Great view, we paid a bit more for the higher floor, definitely worth it. Amazed there was a full kitchen & washer & dryer in the room. Super comfy bed & nice wood chairs & table on the deck. It’s 30 minutes from the airport & a busy area, but good for a night or two.

Convenient location, exceptional views, basic 3 star rooms. Front service desk personnel are very friendly.

Stayed here several times, shower and toilet access is a step up to a raised level off the main floor for plumbing. Exiting the shower onto the main floor with wet or damp floor that could become slippery is fairly dangerous.

The view was amazing, you are right on the water with a clear view of the ocean as the sun sets. The location is also very walkable to American Village which has plenty of dining and shopping options!

Parking is a little tight, it's free but just be prepared and try to rent/use a small car if you plan to stay here.

The light breakfast was good. The room was ok but there is no point paying extra for the higher floor - the view would be the same from the 4th and 10th floor. A staff member tried to get the reverse cycle air conditioning to work for us and but they couldn't get it to work. They came back 20 minutes later with a heater which was great because we were cold. The staff were very friendly and spoke some English.

We chose the hotel because there was a kitchenette but you can't cook much there, and there are minimal cooking utensils. We were told to leave our rubbish outside our door for collection. After 1 day it was still there and after 2 days other people's rubbish was also outside our door. We had to ask for it to be collected.
