Access to pools.

The website says kids 10 and under are free. Not true. 6 and under. They charge $87 and he had to sleep on floor. The technically speak English but are missing cultural context. Very difficult to express small details. They laugh at you. It's degrading.

The staff and balcony view were amazing. The staff was very caring, attentive, and super nice.

The only thing I did not like was the booking process and the fact that we got charged per person as opposed to per room. The room was super expensive and very small for our party of four.

It was clean and spacious. I had the ocean view and it was beautiful.

The Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort is definitely a family-oriented hotel, not for a relaxing. I wouldn't recommend it to people, who are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. So many kids screaming and running around the hotel and pools.

I stayed at the Tokyo dai chi hotel(awful) the first night I was there.. Omg, I was thankful for Hilton and the availability. The Hilton was modern, very clean, and centrally located and within walking distance to a lot of things to do. I felt peaceful.

The food in the restaurant. Not enough American cuisine offered. The smell of the food was a bit nauseating when I came in the first floor.

Room is spacious and access to the executive lounge is great. Convenient location and clean room.

The pool closing early. No hot tub.

Honestly, nothing was good.

All the 'hot' items at breakfast were stone cold. Pools close extremely early. No bath robes. Mini bar empty. Outrageous prices for room service(800 yen for a coke?). No vending machines. Very long walk time to get anywhere in building. Pools were very cold. Check in took a long time, not enough staff.

Extra friendly staff, Sogo at concierge greeted us with the most welcoming smile and helped deal with our booking swiftly

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, would appreciate it if they can be more fluffy

The staff was amazing, including the management. I had a small problem during the breakfast. The solution and all the attention of the management was really outstanding. The professionalism and the kindness are really heart touching. Thanks for the amazing experience. My wife also loved. Thank you.

The breakfast was included in the room cost—-and SO worth it. Huge international spread of food and open for a great range of time—6:30 am to 10:30 a.m.

Reception desk was super kind. Since my wife is pregnant, we assume they assigned the room nearby elevator. I have stayed in many hotel for business trip in Japan but Okinawa Hilton is the best hotel. All of employees were kind and nice. Room is very clean and neat. Nice view and Breakfast was okay.There is no reason to hesitate to stay in this hotel. Manger and Reception desk employees should be rewarded by Hilton hotel.Thank you.

We could use only 110v Concentric plug. If there is more USB concentric plug, there will be perfect.

We had an enjoyable visit at the Hilton.

The A/C was not working properly for a few days. It was suggested that we left patio door open - but we had a toddler with us & a 5 yr old. Door was never left open. Issue did finally get resolved.I was the only person in line to speak to one of 2 persons at reservation desk. We were hoping to extend our stay & had questions. After they assisted those they were helping - I continued to wait. They both totally ignored me. Same experience at dessert bar in lobby. I walked away. These were surprising & very sad experiences.

It was super clean, our grand executive room has the best view of the ocean & American Village. They made our wedding anniversary super memorable & special! What we love the most is that the whole staff from servers, guest relations, managers, cleaning team, everyone are super friendly & helpful & always had a smile on their face. Japanese people are the most hardworking, down to earth & very respectful & helpful!

It’s smack right next to American Village basically inside it, great location lots of restaurants, easy to walk around and plenty of taxi’s. The check in process is easy and the facility itself is very well taken care of.

A bit pricy for 2 days and there was a bunch of scaffolding outside my window so the view was a bit ruined.

Stay in 3rd floor but not able to see the sea…don’t know why I need to pay sea view room.
