Quiet and relaxing

The staff did not speak English.

Loved the room, amenities, atmosphere and while experience. The sauna was fantastic, the staff was helpful, the valet service was great as well.

Buffet cost

The property itself was beautiful with lots of flowers and excellent layout/landscaping. The staff was super friendly. The spa was excellent.

Many of the restaurants/ amenities were unavailable during off season or closed. WiFi connection was inconsistent.

The beach was amazing. It was clean and the room was huge.

Too far. Also, the pool and the beach has time limit to swim.

Beautiful stunning location. Staff very helpful for room concerns (extra pillow) and luggage help check in and out.

Restrictions and difficult to use aquatic “offerings”. Attempt to book activities well ahead of your visit and find out restrictions so you won’t be surprised. Look outside property for options, hope this will work next time.

The public bath overlooking the ocean was pretty amazing and the breakfast buffet was extravagant!, while the rooms were average, the beach made up for them.

The shuttle to and from took over 2 hours and only ran once per day. It was very inconvenient and taxis cost several hundred USD.

The buffet both breakfast and dinner but dinner is a little over priced. I loved the Sauna house! Also love how peaceful it is in the morning. Loved the property. Staff was very accommodating.

Price of the dinner buffet. The massage service was not great especially when it was $90 for 60 mins. Also didn’t like that everyone had to wait until 2 o’clock. They didn’t have early check in option, even if your room was ready. Then 2 o’clock came around, the lines were long and slow. Lobby was getting hot.

Private beach, onsen and food were all incredible. Loved the rec centre with local wildlife and flowers.

Beautiful hotel and beach, the teppanyaki dinner is AMAZING!!! The Chef is exceptional and very welcoming!!

Lack of activities other than water, maybe open a karaoke room or the pool bar being open would be nice.

The Space, the grounds are huge and well cared for.Rooms are huge. Beds were good. Deck was large and pleasant for spending mornings on.And arguably the best breakfasts of my life!Too many things to list.

Long walk from parking. Valet would not park cars.

Very friendly staff! Rooms wer every nice and I had no issues. Pool, beach, sauna are very close proximity to each other so you can pick how you want to relax and enjoy your vacation. Great breakfast buffet.

It was raining the entire stay at Okuma but the facility was excellent, breakfast was great and the room was clean and beds comfortable.

Spotty WIFI - need to do a better job for connectivity especially since it is raining and we were stuck inside.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable for our liking and some of the facilities were closed majority of our stay.

We stayed in Garden Villa. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Everything is excellent for those who love beache - not for night life. Get international Driving license before arrival if you want rent a car. They have a complementary bus service to the airport once a day. You need to prebookit.
